We were thrilled with our stay. So handy to have a washer and dryer, kitchen and central gathering area. It was our first VRBO and we'd stay with Cynthia again.

Overall Our family had a great stay , Cynthia is an excellent host very responsive, handled any issues immediately plenty of room for 11 of us the views from this condo are beautiful, we loved the pool and the beach is literally a 2 minute walk we would stay here again

our group absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful & spacious condo! excellent showers, comfortable beds and plenty of beach amenities. even the resort staff were so attentive and helpful, they made our stay well worth it!

Double booked stay with another family. Im glad nothing serious happened like somone getting hurt because our family entered the room and code provided for our stay and walked into a family already staying there. There has been so much gun violence lately that Im glad the family didnt pull a gun on us for entering.
The owners did not accept responsibility for their actions by ay least offering a slight discount. Very disappointed.

This property is amazing - the proximity to the beach and the pools were a huge plus for our family. We loved the little extra touches provided by the hosts. Would definitely stay here again when we return to SPI!

The best place on the island!
My family takes a trip to South Padre Island yearly and we have stayed in various places but these accommodations are the best we've had hands down. The owners, Cynthia and Gus were extremely organized and thoughtful- making our stay so effortless! Everything was amazing. Everyone complimented the cleanliness, the convenience, the amenities... I could go on and on. Thank you for having us. This will be our go to place from now on!

Easy walk down to the beach and a big pool too! Would definitely stay again. Easy checkin and easy checkout as well. Thank you for a fabulous weekend!

Beautiful, Convenient, Safe and Clean!
Easy to access, safe for the children to come and go by themselves, clean condo, pool, beach. Excellent communication with owner providing quick responses via text when we were not at our laptops. Great Experience!! Thank you!!

This was a great condo on the beach with pool and hot tub. The condo was very clean and had almost everything you needed to cook in the kitchen. We had 9 total - 4 adults and 5 kids 8 and under.

There was 8 of us that stayed here. The place was perfect for us and the layout couldn’t have been better. The property manager would message you back immediately if we had any questions. I would highly recommend!

Perfect escape
This rental was everything the pictures show and more. Excellent view of the ocean from an oversized patio. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms was exceptionally clean.

We had 10 people at this property 6 adults and 4 kids and it was absolutely perfect size. The elevator access was great for my mom with bad knees and can’t do stairs. Communication with host was great. Place was very clean. Had everything we needed for our stay!

This was a great place to vacation on Padre. The unit had everything we needed. Being in the top floor it had amazing views of the ocean. Loved being able to walk out onto the beach. Cynthia was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Will stay there again when we return to padre.

Had good experience with family and friends. Nice beach facing condo. Only drawback is parking which seems to be some walk - especially if u want to bring ur weenkend luggage.

All the essentials for a great beach vacation. It’s close to the beach, dining and a short drive to activities. This place has a great view of the beach off the balcony. Host was accessible for any questions. Highly recommend.

Perfect in South Padre
Our family vacation was so much fun!! Our condo suited our needs perfectly!! The furnishings were beautiful & the accommodations were exactly what was needed. The pool area was clean & the beach was fun!!! The kids loved it!!! I will definitely recommend to my friends!!
