Situated in Moab, this attractive condo for £401 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This third floor condominium is located in downtown Moab. The Lookout is 3 bedroom, 3 bath, a fully equipped deluxe kitchen, private decks on both the east and west side of the building, a Weber grill, and hot tub access. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom, the second queen bedroom and ensuite bathroom and the third queen bedroom with a hallway bathroom. We are available by phone, text, or message for anything you may need before or during your stay. 57 Robber's Roost offers five fully equipped, well-appointed condominiums, in the center of Moab. We are located just one half-block off Center and Main Streets. 57 Robber's Roost offers the convenience of being within a minute’s walk to the center of town with the privacy and amenities that you have at home. Private covered parking, your own secure storage for adventure equipment, bicycle wash and hot tub all of which make it easy to start and end your adventure day. The fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas will allow you to prepare a gourmet meal and relax in comfort. Your own private deck with gas grill will complement the interior amenities inside. If you decide to dine out, need a bicycle repair, health food store, shopping, guidebooks for the area or a beverage they are all within a minute or two walk from your front door. The Roost is your home in Moab. Guests have private access to the entire unit 5 condo as well as the locked bike storage for unit 5. The bike wash and hot tub are shared with the other 4 units in the building. The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance, but guests will likely want to have their own transportation to go anywhere not located right downtown. Moab Area Transit is also an option.

This place was as described but maybe better. The living space is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is more than adequate for all cooking needs and has any utensils you might need. Plenty of silverware, cutting boards baking sheets etc. Drawers are all labeled so you can find things easy. They stocked laundry and dishwasher detergents, sugar, coffee, salt and pepper. That’s a rare find in my experience. Tha patios we’re large in front and back and had a nice 3 burner Weber grill. Kali the host was excellent with answering any questions we had via the Vrbo app. I would recommend this place

We walked to the grocery store and to get ice cream after dinner. This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We ate meals on the lovely balcony. Arches and Canyonlands are just short drives away. We especially liked our maintenance man who ran up 3 flights to fix the ice maker and hang the propane tank so it did not read empty on the grill. For the owner -- we did have some suggestions 1. The back bedroom bedside light has no on/off switch and had to be plugged in for use 2. Surprisingly the dishwasher was not emptied when we arrived. 3. The kitchen was well supplied with pots and pans and utensils but needed a medium frying pan 4. The bedroom and bathroom doors squeak which announces midnight runs to the bathroom! We found this problem elsewhere as well. Overall the stay in Moab was delightful and one of our favorites because of the comfort and convenience.

Had a great visit to Moab! This is a fantastic place to stay. Plenty of room, nice, clean, and modern. Had all the basic essentials we needed. Very comfortable for our party of 6. Would stay here again!

The listing failed the o state that it was hard floor. The bed in the largest bedroom creaked terribly.
