We love this hotel!!!!

The Grady is a wonderful boutique hotel. We never had a bad meal at the Wild Swann. Very nice room and extremely friendly staff! I will be recommending this place to all of our friends. Great bars around, especially Proof on Main and Third Street Dive Bar. Great fireplace and fresh orange water in the lobby.

Road traffic was a touch loud on Main Street, but manageable.

Excellent Staff, Great Location, Clean and Friendly

The location was perfect--it was quiet enough but walkable to nice restaurants and bars. The staff was truly incredible, extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable about things to do in Louisville. The room was super clean, well appointed and comfortable. The lobby was "insta-worthy" and inviting. We will be coming back often.

Nice facility, uncomfortable bed and pillows.

The property was very clean and nicely decorated.

Our bed and pillows were terrible. It was quite possibly the worst mattress I’ve slept on and the traffic coming off the street was very loud. My husband and I were there for our anniversary and had trouble sleeping so we ended up packing up and going home very early in the morning to get some rest.

We came into town for the annual basketball tournament and will be back again to stay at Grady next year.

Grady was in a great location within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions. The staff was friendly, helpful, and engaging. The Swann restaurant down stairs was convenient and very good as well. Everyone made us feel like a welcomed guest.

Not necessarily a dislike, but an available QR code for the parking while staying would’ve been great, and a microwave in the room would have been a plus.

The staff and room were great!

It’s in a perfect location in downtown Louisville, very close to museums, distilleries, restaurants, and only a few blocks from the river.

My kids wish it had a pool!

Proximity to everything downtown. Design was really great and staff were all friendly.

Good but would go elsewhere next time

Location was very good. Housekeeping Rana was super helpful and kind.

Took an hour to check in as rooms were not acceptable initially. Check in assistant was helpful by finding alternatives.

STAFF KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!

STAFF ROCKED!!!!! Brian, Regina, Malik, Rodney, Shamayar (sp) all amazing people and THEY are what the stay pleasant. Restaurant closed both nights, beds suck, no gym, continental breakfast a joke. Server AWESOME! Coffee, pretty smooth!

Wonderful stay in a good location.

Great hotel. Cool vibe and style. Comfortable rooms and beds. Amazing shower. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. You get a continental breakfast included with the room or $10 off any other breakfast. The coffee was sooo good! Had dinner in the restaurant too - also stellar. Old Fashion was upscale and fabulous. I asked the bartender to make me a creative drink off menu and he delivered me a wonderful cocktail. $40/night for valet parking. Next door to the Mohamed Ali museum. (And the bathrobes look like wrestling robes - nice touch.) Half mile walk to the convention center. Near lots of great food.

Price felt high, but it may have been because a convention was in town and other hotels were sold out.

Me and my husband loved our stay at the Grady! The food and staff were all amazing.

Very elegant boutique hotel but overpriced for what you are getting.

Quaint boutique hotel with a very friendly and informative manager. We enjoyed speaking with him and learning about the area. The bartender was very nice and made some exceptional drinks. The location was good and everything was very clean.

The "breakfast included" was not what it seemed. It was a $20 voucher that went towards very overpriced items. There was nothing that stated anything about this and it was quite irritating to have an additional added charge. The parking was also way too much for the area we were in. The room was also very small and claustrophobic.

Relaxing and enjoyable stay in a well designed and managed boutique hotel.

The breakfast space, food quality, and staff were excellent. We especially enjoyed the attention and service we received from Mark.

Our room had a city street view which also included the city street noise.

beautiful and convenient;

we loved everything about this hotel from the people to the aesthetic. such a clean modern pretty place to stay. also loved that the KPA was within walking distance. we also walked to our restaurant last night which had a great burger! it was called Mussels and Burgers??? I think.

there are no snack machines or drink machines in the establishment. not a huge deal, it is a more upscale place to stay, which was a splurge for my husband and I and so maybe that’s expected with more of a luxury hotel??
