It's a mix of everything you need to make you and your crews experience in Moab complete! With new construction and clean spaces you'll feel comfortable in the convenient location. The building is made of 4- Condos 5,000 sq ft of Convenient Accommodations in 1 building- Inside the Inn there are four separate condos each approximately 1200 sq ft. and includes everything you'll need for your stay except the food. Full Kitchen, 60" TV's, plenty of comfort for your whole crew. All units are equipped with roll out sofa beds, WiFi, A/c and heat, big screen TVs, full kitchen setup for cooking, linens, towels, bedding, pillows, laundry pods and dryer sheets as well as shower essentials. Arches Condo has 2 Private King Bedrooms (1 Master ) and 2 full bathrooms. The loft has 2 Comfortable Queen sized beds and the sofa pulls out into a bed. This condo comes with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay except the food! Both bedrooms have ROKU TV's and a 60" ROKU TV in the living area. You'll have a private full size washer and dryer inside your condo. Please contact me if you'd like to rent more than 1 condo in the same building! This building is NON-Smoking and No Pets. Deck/ Patio area- Perfect for a quiet night of star gazing or resting after a day of fun. There are 2 Hot tubs available and cleaned all year, as well as 2 BBQ and 2 seating arrangements for entertaining. Quiet time is 10PM-6AM. Outdoor Unpaid Parking- There is plenty of free street parking right around the Downtown Inn Moab. Just across the street is great trailer parking! This property was as nice as the pictures and everything was thought of! Heck they even left us mints on our pillows! CLEAN! Comfortable ! The owner was responsive if you had any questions..only a block from the Main Street - BUT QUIET… Easily walkable to restaurants and even grocery (if you’re not carrying a case of water)..

This was the perfect place to stay in Moab! My husband and I stayed with another couple and were very pleased with this property. It is located just off Main St. in downtown Moab, but it did not feel "busy" at all--easy parking on a wide street with first-floor access to the condo. It was extremely easy to walk to restaurants and shops in town. The property was clean, very spacious, and has a modern feel with updated kitchen, bathrooms, and living area. No complaints at all! We were so happy that it was exactly as promised online. Would certainly stay there again!

The house was perfect ! We had an amazing experience in Moab , the house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need to enjoy your trip. Including hot tub and a grill . All the bedrooms were very good and we could fit 9 people sleeping perfectly.
The host was so friendly and helpful, very good in quick responses .
The house has the best location ever , we were super happy to stay right in downtown and very close to the stores .

We had 8 of us stay. It was great. Only thing I can say is the loft is not thrilling for adults. We have 6 adults and 2 kids so my husband and I ended up on the loft. Beds were comfortable but crawling and changing up there wasn’t the best. This house would be awesome for 2 couples and 4 kids and throw all the kids in the loft. Kitchen was beautiful rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Quick walk to restaurants and shops.

We appreciated the little things at this property (paper towels, soap, plenty of TP and garbage bags, etc). Location was great and parking was easy. We were a little concerned about sharing the patio/hot tub area but knew this prior to booking; it turned out we didn’t see any other guests during our 3-night stay. It was a great way to start our Utah parks adventure!

I would highly recommend staying here. We had a group of 9 and it had everything we needed. It had a great area for all of us to hang out and was well equipped and clean. It also has a great location. It is off of the Main Street but within east walking distance to it
