This home was the best we’ve stayed in Flagstaff. Location is so perfect. Wonderful walking trails in the community, easy to get to NAU, Downtown and shopping. Home had a very cute design and decor to make you feel welcome and cozy. Every amenity we needed was available. Host was beyond responsive in accommodating an early arrival. A must stay for us again in the future.

The house was very clean, well stocked and organized with plenty of kitchen ware, linens, games, etc. Nice backyard with grill and gas fire pit. Full access to house, laundry, and garage. Very cozy and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the house, very well set up and clean. (Fans need a little cleaning). Only reason we didn’t give 5 stars is due to proximity to the freeway (I-40).. Early morning traffic can be heard from the freeway. Would definitely recommend this property though, very close to NAU.

Lovely home in a dog-friendly neighborhood with excellent trail system. This home is well-appointed with everything you need for a short or long stay. Our stay was part work/part vacation. We were able to work with no issues. Close to downtown, convenient access to everything. Jason is an awesome host. Very responsive and helpful.

We spent our time in Flagstaff going to shows at the very close by Fort Tuthill amphitheater and going downtown to have great food and also staying in the house, playing games and having fun. Very clean place, comfy beds, easy access, easy to find in a charming neighborhood.

This home is the perfect fit for those visiting Flagstaff, who do not want to contend with the downtown traffic. Located on the southeast side of town, easy access to everything. 3 ample beds and a great backyard. Jason was very accommodating and communicative. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

As usual, this property has been a great stay. It has everything you need to be comfortable. The host is extremely nice and responsive. We always stay with our two dogs who love the backyard area; however, this time the yard was covered in large amounts of snow and the dogs were scared of it 😅. Hopefully we can revisit in the summer! If you are looking for a place in Flagstaff, stay here. ♥️

Unfortunately, I was unable to stay at this property due to it being double booked through different apps. Jason was super communicative and let us know right away, however, we were in a pinch to find somewhere to stay, because we were five minutes away from the property when he called. Again, mistakes happen. I don’t think this was done with any Mal intent I hope to be able to stay here in the future.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Short but sweet. It was cozy and well stocked. We will definitely be back! We had fun playing in the snow. Thank you for the accommodations

We had a great visit. Very clean house. The owner was even very understanding to us not being able to check out by 10am. The winter storm has us buried in for a couple extra hours.

Great little house. Checked all the boxes. Coffee pot was the only issue. Takes about 2 hours to brew coffee. Loved the hot teas and super hot shower! Bed was comfy. Great location for skiing and checking out Flagstaff. Backyard was nice for our pups to safely play.

We had a great stay at Jason’s home. Super convenient location. Close to everything. It snowed all week so the backyard was full of fun for the kids!

Planned a weekend getaway with our family. The home was convenient and well equipped.

We had an excellent time in Flagstaff. We were only really at the house to to sleep but it fit our needs perfectly.

Stayed in Jason's home with my husband and two small children (ages 1 and 2) for 10 days. The house was very charming, and quite baby-proofed which is something we greatly appreciated (he did remind us to bring covers for the switches which helped a lot). Some of the reviews mentioned that being off a busy street, the house was quite noisy at night, which we agreed with. Our kiddos did not have any issues sleeping, however, if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue for you. Jason was a wonderful communicator which put us at ease throughout our stay when we had questions ( and even before when we were packing), and he was great to work with. The location of the house being near the Ponderosa Pines trails containing a park was awesome, and we did this walk ( which drops off into a playground for the kiddos) twice a day, we loved it! If you have small children, this walk through the trees was the best! The house could use a little TLC for sure, and for the price we paid, I felt that scuffs on the baseboards, chipped paint, etc. should have been examined and repaired as it was a bit off-putting. Finally, I was most excited about the backyard, but unfortunately, with small children, this yard is not ideal due to high steps, stairs, and large cobblestones. The photos all displayed the home during the winter, so updated, summer pictures would provide a more realistic expectation for families with small children. There was a patch of artificial grass in the middle of the yard, however, we had to constantly "stay on" our children when we were in the yard, which was not as relaxing as I had hoped. We enjoyed our week in Flagstaff at this property. It was very comfortable and complete with everything we needed. The only negative was the traffic noise from the highway, but it was a great neighborhood and close to some great hiking trails!

We had a great stay in this property. It is very close to Flagstaff so we had no problem finding groceries, restaurants, and things to do. It is well taken care of and the beds are comfortable. Thanks Jason!

Our family stayed here for one night as we made a cross country trip. The house was great. Beautifully decorated and cozy. We wish we could have stayed longer. If we are in the area again we would book without hesitation. The owners were great to work with as well.

Windows could use curtains over the blinds so the kids don't wake up at the crack of dawn. A box of tissue would be nice. Other than that, everything else was very good. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels in the bathrooms and blankets in the rooms. Very nice to have fenced-in yard for dog to roam free.

Second stay at this house and it never disappoints. Great location. My puppies love the backyard. Thanks for adding the additional trash in the master!!! We had so much fun!! Definitely will be back again.
