There is a fitness facility and convenience store on the premises. Guests will have full access to the onsite Tiki bar (Marco Polo Lounge) and newly opened up RJ's restaurant. The Due South Sports bar located at the Grand Cayman Resort is also available for use. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING THAT THE OVERCROWDED RESORTS HAVE LIKE AN INDOOR WATER PARK THAT INCLUDES A POOL, LAZY RIVER WITH FLOATS, KIDS POOL, AND HOT TUB. THE OUTSIDE INCLUDES BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPING, 2 HUGE DECKS WALKING ON TO BEACH, LARGE HEATED OUTDOOR POOL WITH LAY OUT AREA, HOT TUB, BEAN BAG TOSS, KIDS PLAY AREA, PING PONG TABLES AND MORE(BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED) WAYS TO SAVE WITH ME 1)I DO NOT charge credit card fees like most on here – The Payment system charges us 3% every booking. Most owners direct that back to guest but I eat that myself 2) I DO NOT charge any silly administration or booking fees like most on here – Sneaky way of owners charging guest more money… I do not operate like that. 3)I DO NOT charge any silly damage waiver fees like most on here – Once again a sneaky way for owners to get more money…I don’t do that. 4) I have had the same housekeeper since the beginning for my guest… My actual cost for this service has rose over the past few years due to the demand and economy rising but yet I kept the same price for my guests as it cost me much more. On top of that I offer more towels then most rentals so once again I eat that difference in cost. 5) I have the minimum set up for refundable damage deposit at only $100 dollars which is refunded within 7 days of checkout. I have seen a lot of owners have it from $300-$500 and even more. Who wants to fork out that much money just to be held until check out, not me and of course I wouldn’t ask you to do that either. Long story short: there is no one wants to go to book a unit and see like 10 different random charges so I try to keep it simple as can be. (VRBO charges service fee which I have no control over) Welcome package includes: One roll of paper towel One toilet paper per bathroom One 8 cup Coffee package with filter One box of tissues Bar Soap One extra trash bag Nice assortment of Shampoo and conditioner I have other listings also. The condo we stayed in was very nice. The view was amazing waking up every morning listening to the waves crashing and watching the sunrise. Jay our host is a great person to work with. The only one bad thing about it was some of the dishes was put up dirty from the last attendant that stayed there but we have a problem washing them so it didn’t damper our stay at all

The property was very clean with lovely decor. Kitchen was well stocked. The balcony was wonderful, with comfortable chairs. The beds were very comfortable. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend this vrbo and hope to stay again!

My Best Friend (for 50 yrs) and i came for a relaxing trip. The beach was AMAZING! Maybe leave info on the umbrellas and chairs so people k ow you have to rent them so they know cost.($50 for the day). We had a blast, thanks Jay!! Sunrise and sunset were absolutely beautiful we got some awesome photos WE WILL BE BACK!!!

It was pretty good. First got there and wish the place was a little bigger but quit nice. Beautiful view of the beach from back. Perfect for stolling the beach at night. And a couple of problems but all and all it was good.

First off, we had a blast! The room itself was so adorable and very very clean. We had a spectacular ocean view. All the appliances worked. And having having smart tvs were a blessing for the children to wind down while I cooked. The host was spot on. That's why I'm giving a five star review. The only downside was waiting on the elevators took forever. Parking was hit or miss. And the game room will take your money bc only two of the games work. I don't hold that against the host at all and I would deff stay here again!!!

First negative experience with a VRBO rental. Could not get to property details, which I’m assuming was a VRBO issue. Called Jay, who answered & gave the info we needed. Later sent a text to Jay (still couldn’t get to VRBO to message) because the bedroom TV was saying we needed a password for Youtube TV (living room worked fine). Jay responded that he had installed the TVs at the same time & basically said “sorry”. Wi-fi was really bad. Kept getting knocked off our devices, and TV’s kept getting hung up. Water in the sinks and shower would be scalding hot one minute, then cold the next. Went to get ice from the hallway ice machine, and it did not work. Kitchen floor wasn’t real clean at check-in, but the rest of the condo seemed fine. We had a good time and enjoyed Myrtle Beach, but wouldn’t rent at this property again.

Good time of year to visit Myrtle Beach if you don't like crowds & traffic, however the downside of that is it is a little boring too...pool not open, less people-watching and opportunity to meet others. Best perk was the top floor ocean view with chairs on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful sunrises while having a cup of coffee. We even saw dolphins the last day! Condo unit met our basic needs (nothing above & beyond like some places we've stayed). Would have appreciated a full box of tissues as advertised instead of the little purse-size bag we received, especially during cold & flu season. Minor complaint. There was also a perpetual weed smell permeating the facility. Elevators were FAST and kept clean. *Note to Jay: The bathroom had only 2 lightbulbs (one in each fixture) & one burned out while we were there. My husband found a spare in a cupboard. The left-side fixture has one socket completely dead).

Dirty. We had to go get cleaning products to clean the sink, counters, etc. It was very dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned. The floors, baseboards, etc. needed a deep cleaning. I know this is an older building. But, this was really unacceptable.

We arrived the day after hurricane Ian. Jay was great at communicating with us. The condo is as described, pictures are updated an accurate, the bed was comfy. We loved sitting on the balcony, the view is amazing. The sunrises are a must! Keyless entry is stress free! Food, grocery and activities are all super close. We walked to get pizza at Mariner Pizza - delish! We also walked to Fiesta Mexicana - food was amazing and staff was very friendly. Recommend and would stay again!

The condo was just as pretty as the pictures. The view and location was spectacular. We found ourselves stranded due to the hurricane and Jay was willing to work with us to find accommodations at another one of his properties. Jay was very responsive and has excellent communication skills. Highly recommend this property.

Jay's condo was as described. The bed was comfy. The view was amazing. Every morning while drinking our coffee, we sat on the balcony and watched the lifeguard set up for the day. It was just steps to the beach. St. Clement's Beach Bar & Grill next door had had good fries and onion rings. Several great restaurants within walking distance.

Our listing was deceiving. We did not get the view we thought we were getting. The resort itself is dirty. There was a down spout right outside of parking garage that was leaking some kind of trash liquid. It smelled terrible. The parking garage attached to the main building was a joke. It was very tight and when you got to the 6th floor, it just ended. My midsized car took a while to turn around. Elevators often stopped at every floor when there wasn't anyone waiting. One Elevator was broken the entire time. The stairwells were full of trash and smelled. The website talks about a block long poolscape. That wasn't a block long. They just have it all stretched out. There isn't much seating around the pools. The building had lots of areas of the walls having cracks, chips, or needing to be cleaned. The hallway carpeting was hummed up in several places that made walking difficult. The hallways all smelled soured. We attempted to get ice from several machines before we were able to find some. The ice machine on the 15th floor did not say out of order but didn't produce ice in our week stay. I recommend everyone find somewhere else to stay. This place is not worth the money.

Everything was great about this unit. The only thing I would say that there are very limited cooking supplies, for example, there was not even a baking sheet. Other than that it was great. I just wish we were informed that the 7th floor pool was going to be closed the entire week.

The property was clean and well decorated. Looked like it was recently renovated. Very clean. James was very helpful and very easy to get into contact with. The room is on the top floor and has an amazing view of the beach and ocean. Would stay here again.

Very clean, Super cute Inside they did a great job on the inside! Compared to the rest of the building it’s definitely updated and fresh. We did not use the swimming pool because it was too cold but it looked fine . Great location
