Our rental features: - Bedroom #1: king bed, comfortable new bedding set, chest of drawers, 32' smart built-in Wi-Fi 1080p HDTV. - Bedroom #2: a queen bed and a single bed, cozy new bedding set, chest of drawers, 32' 1080p HDTV. - Two bathrooms: two full bathrooms, towels, shampoo and soap provided. - Living room: 46' 3-D smart built-in Wi-Fi HDTV with cable TV program and Netflix, DVD player, high speed internet access; the sleeper sofa is queen-size, comfortable and easy to set up. - Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, electronics, plates, bowls, paper towels, utensils and cookware. - Free access to the community outdoor pool, 5 minutes walking distance to miniature golf course, tennis courts, and basketball court. - Other amenities: coffer maker(both Keurig and standard), toaster, blender, Bella Sandwich Maker, outdoor grill, washing machine & dryer, hairdryer, iron & board etc. This is a privately-owned home (not managed by rental management company). Long after you leave, you will remember this gem of a house. So clean, bright, and well-appointed, it says, "Welcome to the beach. Stay awhile and enjoy!" The host was attentive and eager to assist with our needs. Outdoor lighting and secure parking gave us comfort. Opportunities for walking, biking, golfing, or shopping filled our days and nights. We look forward to making more memories at this lovely spot. The price was "oh, so nice!"

I was at Myrtle Beach not for vacation but to attend to my mother, who is ill. My husband and I needed a safe and affordable place to stay as we dealt with our family’s medical crisis. This is a quiet retreat, an efficient space with plenty of room for everyone. A 2-3 minute walk to the beach, comfy and sparkling clean. All the instructions you need are on the fridge. The instructions for operating the TV are on the table under the television. For meals, there is seating for 6: 4 at the table and 2 at the kitchen counter. The home is well-appointed with glassware, flatware, pots and pans and more. Still, I brought compostable plates and cups to save some cleanup. There are 2 coffee makers - a Keurig and a Black & Decker drip. Coffee filters are provided. All the kitchen appliances are sparkling clean, like new. The bathrooms include travel size shampoos/conditioners and soaps with extra towels under the sink. The master bath shower spray is strong and hot. The master bedroom king-size bed is very comfortable. You’ll find extra blankets, pillows and sheets in the hall closet. Every unit has a designated parking space and 2 parking passes. You’ll see delightful small touches throughout the house. Little tchotchkes and knick-knacks that really made it feel like home. Bottom line: this home served as a safe, clean comfortable stay. It’s super cute and welcoming. The owner, Li, is responsive and helpful every step of the way. I recommend this rental wholeheartedly.

Very nice house but couldn't get the TV in living room to work except for Netflix and the one in the back bedroom we couldn't get to work even though we followed the directions otherwise it was a great place. We weren't there that much anyway

Upstairs Carpet is filty especially the master bedroom. Couch on the livingroom is filty my 7 years old wouldn’t even sit on it... The grill is very dirty. The house smells like funky mix with smoke and left over food. Over all it was a bad stay.

We had a great vacation. The house was in a perfect location for us and was clean. The only thing we would we noticed that either needed to be replaced or a little more tlc were the couch, chair and carpet. These three things were vary stained but were clean.

Loved this cottage! It was exactly like the pictures. Great location to anything you want to do. Pool was very nice, even though it was still a little too cold to get in the water. It was a very relaxing stay for us. Will differently come again.

Townhouse was clean and amply supplied with dishes / cooking utensils and soap items. We used the 2- beach chairs and small beach umbrella every day. Unit 1.5 blocks walk to the beach. Easy walk to beach 5-10 mins. Very close to Walmart for food shopping (5 min. drive). .

I have to say there were some things that were listed as amenities that were not in the house like: The panini press and 3-D glasses for a TV did not appear to be 3D. The TV and apps were out of date. The living room pull out was not described accurately as it was not a automatic blow up bed. It was very thin and very uncomfortable. The twin bed upstairs was very hard and uncomfortable. Light bulbs in oven and under microwave did not work. The codes given for the pool did not match what was on the fridge and the visitors guides were very out of date. Not enough toilet paper or trash bags provided for a length of stay for 7 days so we had to purchase those items. Other than that we had a nice vacation to Myrtle Beach and would like to visit S.C. again!

Experience was gr8...the bed posts in both rooms are dangerous because of limited space to move around the bed...I left with an unwanted gift 'hematoma' to right thigh...i would suggest covering bed post closest to closet of front bedroom

Each part of our cottage was comfortable and met out needs. The air conditioning and heating worked perfectly. We did a lot of our own cooking and enjoyed the kitchen & dining space. Washer & dryer were a great asset to this cottage. The bed was comfortable and the extra blanket was good to have. Nice bathrooms. We enjoyed setting out on the porch with our morning coffee.

This rental made our stay feel like we never left home! It was clean and welcoming and Li was a perfect host. She was accommodating and friendly and fast to respond to our messages. The rental is within a 5 minute walk to the beach and conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and stores. It's only a short drive to all the major attractions and many other local gems. We will be returning to Myrtle Beach in September and hope to stay here again. Like I said, it feels just like home!

The process for renting this property was very good. The home is very nice. However, the living room sofa and chair and carpet was soiled and the kitchen and bathroom floors were not cleaned prior to us arriving. Also, there were ants on kitchen counter around the sink. Property manager was very attentive to our concerns and did take care of the cleaning of the floors and ants when we brought to her attention but overall we did enjoy our stay. Just wished the other issues noted were also taken care of prior to us arriving.

The 2 bedroom townhouse provided plenty of room. It was very quiet. Everything worked just fine. I liked we could walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. The surrounding neighborhood seemed a little rundown, but the townhouses themselves all very nice with grass, flowers, and trees.

The house was perfect for us and was exactly as advertised. The check in was very smooth. The property manager was easily accessible. Some of the neighboring buildings were run down, but that in no way effected our stay.

I visited with my wife and 4 children. Having our own space and fenced yard was great. Within walking distance to the beach and having a pool basically in the backyard was super convenient. Having the security system was also a relief as we didn't have to worry about any unwanted guests entering. Overall, it was lovely. Having a washer and dryer plus a dishwasher made being away from home nice too. We didn't have a ton of dirty clothes to wash when we got home!
