Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The decks and outdoor space are excellent. Good seating, great views, Water access. Would recommend it and look forward to staying there again.
Kitchen is nice and fairly well equipped. Bedrooms, Beds, Bathrooms all fine. living room is a nice space.
As others have said, layout is strange -3 bedrooms on the main floor. one bedroom/bath downstairs. The fifth accessible from elevator or attic stairs, probably wouldn't use it.
Some minor maintenance issues exist, but nothing that stopped the enjoyment of the place - Downstairs towel rack, bedroom door hinge, a few screens are loose, and there is no way to close the door for the stairs to the big sun room that leads down to the dock.

The house is big and roomy. The view is awesome. The negatives are, the ladder to water was broken and not replaced before we arrived. We should have been made aware beforehand in that we had no access to getting into the bay at the house. This was a big negative and should have been notified. The rooms were big enough and comfortable. It took a long while to get hot water upstairs in the top room and kitchen the first day, the grill was messy and unkept (we had to scrub and put foil to have it desirable to cook on). The elevator is tricky and we had to pre plan trip’s. Big deck and enclosed deck, which was great for sunset! The area was convenient to beach, restaurant’s and shops.
All said we probably rent again if these things were taken care of.

The back deck and location were amazing. The deck was the selling point for this house and did not disappoint. The main issue we had was the odd layout of the house. The 5th bedroom was on the third floor only accessible by elevator or an emergency attic stair in one of the other bedroom. Since you cannot use the elevator more than twice an hour it makes staying up there difficult. We just didn’t stay in that room. The fourth bedroom was located on the ground floor in the garage. It had 2 twin beds in it. If I were a teenager trying to distance from parents it would have been great, but it felt so far from the rest of the family and kind of dark down below everything. We only used the 3 bed rooms on the main floor. The bathroom fixtures were all outdated, but all in all for a beach house it was a decent stay.

Summer Breeze
My family had an amazing time at this property. Lawrence was easy to reach and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The home was spacious and easily accommodated our party of 10. There’s plenty of space to spread out and the back deck facing the bay was a hit with my parents. They fished during the evening into the early morning hours because of the summer heat and the house was a perfect hiding spot during the daytime from the blazing sun AC kept us cool home is well insulated. I accidentally left some belongings and he even shipped it to me free of charge, very class act! We’d definitely stay again, get your lines wet for some fishing action especially at night.

Excellent place on the bay!
We loved fishing off the dock and loved that it had a place to dock our boat. The elevator was a bonus for my 80 year old father in law. It was really nice that it was pet friendly. Plenty of parking and lots of room to hang out. Pictures don’t do it justice! This place is huge!! And beautiful! Would definitely stay here again.

Tons of space for our group of 8 adults. Love the screen porch, and the outside deck is fantastic. Easy walk to main drag too. Elevator was great. (There are a lot of steps!) Check-in was easy, and host Lawrence was very responsive to our questions.

The property is large and spacous. People could spread out to find there own space or there were multiple spaces that would accomidate everybody. We couild all hang together on the dock, balcony, enclosed poarch or livingroom and from all of these spaces we could see a beautiful sunset every night. Every member of the family had there own bed and most bedrooms had there own bathroom. Lawrence was very easy and timly to communicte with. We had a wonderful destination Christmas family gathering and I believe every family member was very pleased.

Plenty of space, lovely view
We brought nine adults, including three in their 80s, to enjoy a week in this lovely bay house. There were a lot of stairs to contend with, but there was an elevator which could be used up to 3x per hour and that was incredibly helpful. The very nice, third-floor bedroom is accessible only by elevator, so we had to factor those trips in the elevator uses per hour. (Yes, there is an emergency exit from that 3rd floor.) The sunsets were breathtaking, and the fantastic deck allowed us space to sit outside and enjoy them. We took guided bay and deep sea trips which yielded plenty of reds, kings and snapper, and we were so happy to discover an extra refrigerator/freezer in the spacious garage that we could use for storage.
The beach was minutes away and had easy access. The kitchen was great; there was plenty of room to cook and there was ample room for the nine of us to spread out in the living area. We never felt cramped. The internet was strong and the A/C kept up against the August heat just wonderfully. There was ample parking for our four, oversized cars. We would definitely book here again!

Our family has stayed twice at this property. We feel as though we never left home. The home is spacious for everyone and the kitchen brings the family together.
