Nestled in Fort Lauderdale, this lovely house for £542 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Las Olas Hacienda is a newly renovated (as of November 2022!), waterfront oasis with 60-foot dock (additional fees and insurance will apply if you would like to dock your boat - please inquire prior to booking if you'd like to bring a boat), private heated pool, outdoor kitchen and bar area with music and lighting in the neighborhood of Las Olas Isles in Fort Lauderdale Beach. Outside we feature an expansive travertine patio with the amazing outdoor kitchen complete with propane grill, side burners, sink and wine fridge located steps away from the private heated pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. This home is in a fantastic location with walkable access to the beach, restaurants, bars, art galleries and shopping. We are fully equipped with beach chairs, coolers, high-end beach and bath towels and linens. The kitchen is stocked with spices, pots, pans, cooking/eating utensils, dinner and baking/serving dishes, drinking and wine glasses, blender, toaster, microwave, coffee Keurig machine and more! Can’t find something that would make your stay more comfortable? Let us know and we will have it delivered to your door same or next day! The home has 3 bedrooms (one queen with ensuite bathroom, one full with pull out twin trundle and one twin with ensuite access to the guest bathroom), 2 full bathrooms plus an additional outdoor shower. When not enjoying the beautiful Florida sunshine outdoors, relax in our sunroom with plenty of comfy seating and 50-inch flat screen TV with cable and streaming for Netflix, Prime and other apps. The sunroom also has an indoor dining space available as does our kitchen island. We also have an additional living room with cathedral ceiling and more seating. All the comforts for a great vacation including high speed internet, central air, luxury bedding, bathroom amenities and welcome gift basket are included as part of your stay. You can visit almost all Las Olas Isles has to offer on foot and we also have The Circuit which is an 8-person golf cart that offers on-demand rides around Fort Lauderdale 7 days a week from 8am to 11pm for either free or very little cost. You can download the app or flag them down if you see them riding along! Uber and Lyft are also very reliable and quite frequent in the neighborhood. Although there is limited need to rent a car, if you do choose to rent a vehicle, we have private parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. The Las Olas Isles neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale is a compilation of several sub-neighborhoods which include Hendricks Isle, Isle of Venice, Numi Isles, Seven Isles, and Riviera Isles. Sandwiched between the beach and Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas Isles in Fort Lauderdale puts you right in the middle of the action in South Florida’s most exciting beach community. Fort Lauderdale has been called “The Venice of America” with many waterways and canals. To the right of the house on Las Olas (about a 15-minute walk) are many wonderful restaurants, art galleries, museums and shops. Happy hour menus provide amazing deals on food and beverages at most of the restaurants on Las Olas (usually from 4:00 to 6:00 on weekdays). To the left of the house and over the bridge (about a 5-minute walk) is the beach. A1A, the road on which Fort Lauderdale beaches are located also have many restaurants and shops. If you travel north on A1A, there are lovely beaches with lesser crowds and handicap parking right in front of the beach if needed. Or stay right in the middle of all the action on Las Olas Beach! The Las Olas LOOP located beachfront on Las Olas has many wonderful events and a market every Saturday with local fruits/vegetables and vendors offering items for sale. Riverwalk is also very close by with many public events and more restaurants and shopping.

Loved everything about our stay!! The house is amazing- clean, nice layout, awesome amenities, great location (can walk to just about everything) loved the pool and outdoor kitchen (and Heidi was very responsive and accommodating!) I highly recommend this house and would book again if avail in a heartbeat!!

My friends and I stayed at Heidi and Ricks place in Fort Lauderdale and will definitely be back! The house was exactly as pictured and the backyard was incredible! Everything was so clean, well maintained, and so many things were offered. We were greeted with wine and snacks which was such a nice treat! The bathrooms are stunning and the kitchen included almost everything you could need. Heidi and Rick made check in easy and we’re great to communicate with. We will be back!!

This VRBO is all that is described and then some. It was in the perfect location of Ft. Lauderdale with so many places you can walk to. The house was clean and welcoming upon arrival. Heidi and Rick were amazing hosts and so accommodating. If you are even thinking about booking, I would look no further. Book it ASAP. Thank you for such an amazing time Las Olas Hacienda!

Beautiful home in a fantastic location. The outdoor space was great for grilling, lounging, swimming and fishing. Lots of walks to the beach and the picturesque neighborhoods. Highly recommended.

Our family of 5 just got back from a weeks stay at Olas Hacienda. Heidi and Rick are great hosts with timely and great communication. Yes, the backyard is that wonderful and we spent most days enjoying the pool, summer kitchen, and furniture. But what I loved most about this house are 3 things: how easy it was to settle in, location to the beach and downtown buzz, and dog friendly location. Easy to settle in: basic and comfortable furnishings so you have what you need but no worry about overfurnishing where you worry about losing your stuff or ruining theirs. Love that they have an abundance of towels and household items and hooks everywhere!!!! Location: a wonderful 10 minute scenic walk over the drawbridge to the beach, which by the way never felt overcrowded even on spring break week because it doesn’t sit near many hotels. And one mile west (a fun 20-minute walk past canals and mansions/yachts) you hit the restaurants and shops.) Pets: fenced in yard with grass, cool stone floors, and no prior dog hair to be seen! Thank you Heidi and Rick for accommodating our family and creating a rental that allowed us to relax and create lasting family memories! Fingers crossed we will see you again soon!

Convenient location to beach and shopping/restaurants. It’s on a busy street so it can be noisy at times. Backyard is amazing! Very clean. Awesome outdoor kitchen and pool. Owners were very easy to communicate with and at the ready for any questions.

Our family of 4 loved this house. The location is great- a short walk over the bridge to the beach- and the pool and outdoor furniture were lovely. The house was immaculately cleaned upon arrival. Communication was easy. If we are back in the area, we’d definitely stay again!

My sister and I stayed here for five days late January 2023 and had such a great relaxing time. The newly renovated home is nicely decorated and so clean, the backyard with the pool was our favorite place to spend the afternoon, and love the sunroom! Great location, we walked to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The Circuit (free/tip-based) 6-8 person Golf Cart was a great way to get quick transportation in the surrounding Las Olas area. Heidi was so nice and accommodating, she even had a nice Welcome Basket for us when we arrived, thank you Heidi & Rick!

We enjoyed our recent stay at Seven Isles. The location is great, an easy walk to the beach or shops and restaurants on Las Olas Boulevard. The house is newly and cleverly renovated and had everything we could possibly need. Beach towels and chairs were a plus! The owners are very nice and we’re easy to communicate with.

This house was absolutely perfect, for children, parents and grandparents. The house was spotless, had all the amenities you need, it was beautiful inside and the living room a lot bigger that we imagined from the pictures. We did not spend a lot of time indoors though because the backyard was absolutely stunning. The pool was warm, there was a lounge area, a bar and grill and the waterfront where we went fishing....it was just spectacular. The house is located on a busy street, but you don't hear the traffic from the backyard. It is super close to the beach.... a 5 minute walk across a draw bridge, and you are just steps away from the beach. It really is a beautiful location, close to Las Olas downtown, close to the beach and bars, restaurants and shops. We walked to the beach a couple of mornings to watch the sunrise and it was the most incredible experience. Communication with the host was easy but honestly we did not need to communicate that much because everything was ready for us and instructions easy and straightforward. The house had no issues, we had no complaints whatsoever so we did not need to reach the host at anytime during our stay. I highly recommend this house!
