This historic Gertrude Simpson Taylor 1908 home has been fully renovated with designer materials, recessed lighting and all the modern comforts. Beautiful, huge dine in kitchen that is fully stocked for you. Washer and dryer included. Enjoy the expansive porches and sunsets. Brand new bikes and a New Orleans style courtyard with lighting and new furniture. 65" Smart TV and HiFi sound. Guests can access the entire house This home is perfectly situated in downtown and next to the Bay Center. You can walk or ride very easily. Enjoy the quiet historic neighborhood with lots of charm. Walk to happening Palafox street or take a short ride to the beach Off street parking comes with the rental and there is lots of additional safe, lit street parking as needed Off street parking and full laundry. Updated finished and a fully stocked kitchen. Brand new bikes and a New Orleans style courtyard with lighting and new furniture. 65" Smart TV and HiFi sound. House Rules: No more than 4 total overnight guests. No more than 8 total people in the house at any time. No Parties ever. No Smoking in the home. No loud noise after 10 pm. No shooting of fireworks on the property. Thoroughly clean any utensils, pots and pans after use. Put things back where you got them. If you break something or find something broken, contact the host. There are two bikes with locks for your use. If they are damaged, lost or stolen for any reason a $300 fee will apply Departure: Leave linens on the bed. Place all used towels in the bathtub. Set thermostat to 60° in winter and 80° in summer. Load dishwasher and start. Make sure all pots and pans are clean. Turn off all lights. Turn off TV and electronics Take out all trash and recyclables The cleaning team arrives promptly at 11:00am on your check out date so please be respectful of their time. Please don't hesitate to call us for any reason.

Wow! This home is gorgeous! Don’t let the outside picture mislead, this home is huge! A lot of room to move around. The neighborhood is quiet but full of such nice people. We rode the bikes throughout the neighborhood several nights and enjoyed seeing the homes in the area up close. A very short drive to the beach. The owner was responsive. We will definitely book here again! This home is a MUST stay when in Pensacola!

Host was responsive, the place is bigger than the pictures make it seem. Wasn't sure about it being a historic building and if that would mean loud or broken stuff, but it was well renovated and well setup. Would definitely stay again.

Really convenient spot. About a 15 minute leisurely walk to the top of Palafax Street, where shops/restaurants start, and then 10-15 minutes more to the other end. Walk through the neighborhood to Palafax is in transition, IMO. Owner, Josh, very responsive to any small concerns we had. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, etc., and while our stay was 4 nights, the W&D are a nice addition. We enjoyed ourselves very much and we would stay here again when in Pensacola.

My wife, her parents and I really loved this house. There was really good communication from the owner with easy directions to follow upon arrival. The house was really nice and comfortable. We really liked the neighborhood as well. We highly recommend staying at this place.

The home was very clean and super quiet. We loved the amenities Josh provided - we had everything we needed. Check in and checkout process was super easy and the walking distance to downtown breweries and restaurants made this place well worth it. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Pensacola.

We loved our time in Pensacola! We had beaches easily accessible. Downtown dining and wandering just a few blocks away..and Josh was great about dropping off a couple of things we needed and didn't have in our luggage. Wish we had more time to wander on the bikes and enjoy the area..but we had a superb time! Loved the courtyard for hanging out and being able to decorate with sidewalk chalk for the kiddos and sip adult beverages for the rest of us! Would go back in a heartbeat!

Everything at the property was great. We were 7 minutes from the college and around 12 from the beach. It was a perfect location for what we needed. Very clean and neat place. Great beds and bathrooms.

Property met our family of four’s needs for space, amenities, location, safety, etc. Neighborhood was convenient to city amenities, many within walking distance. Drive to Pensacola Beach is easy. Josh was an attentive and fantastic host. Would definitely recommend!

The house was updated and very clean. We also found it was centrally located for many of the activities we had planned. If we had any questions about the area the owner of the property was extremely friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. My wife and I stayed with another couple but plan on coming back with family and hope to stay here again.

This house is in the perfect location, its close to everything. Don't be fooled by the photos, it's much bigger than you think it will be. The area is nice and quiet. My family and I would definitely stay here again. Josh is a great host , we enjoyed meeting and chatting with him. Thanks again Josh!

We had a great time in Florida and this home was in the middle of everything and not far from the Jazz Festival we attended. The house is so big and loved the courtyard. It is a very nice home and hopefully we can come back here next year !
