We loved the cottage and so did our English Bulldog. Location is close to everything. Loved watching the boats go bye.
The screened in porch is amazing to watch the boats go bye. The location of the cottage is wonderful.
Steps out front were slippery and needed grip pads.

Location. Cleanliness. Well stocked. Comfortable beds. Great screened in porch. Spacious
Only has 1 bathroom which worked fine for 3 sisters but would be difficult with more people . No heating or air conditioning but great fans on porch and in bedrooms so we were good….and weather wasn’t too hot or humid
