This property is beautiful. We just spent a full season making this arguably the most beautiful, tasteful, and accessible property in Snowmass Village. Ski-in-ski-out accessibility, two blocks from one of the world's best free transit systems. Every detail thought out elegantly with a beautiful common area for pool, hot tubs, sauna, ski locker, laundry, and fitness center just steps from the door. Full concierge offerings available; bookings, advice and local guides can all be arranged to make your stay, or ski day, truly memorable. The property is in the Aspenwood Complex, off a snow melt road. It is situated one hundred feet or so from the mountain, stones throw from two beautiful waterfall hot tubs and a year-round heated pool, and a common fitness center and hot tub. The property has a ski locker, and easily accessible common laundry room. Upon entering the home, the attention to detail is readily apparent. The warm, comforting vibe provides notice of a bountiful time to come. The front entrance has stylish gear cubbies, boot dryers, and a beautiful bench to shake off the snow or the mud, with storage for athletic or ski gear. Orange coat hooks provide space for wet items to dry. A front closet appointed with clothing storage and items you may desire for your stay. Here you can find an iron and ironing board, extra pillows, and hangers. The dustpan, vacuum, and Swiffer cleaner can be located in the broom closet to the left of the refrigerator. Continuing past the closet, you will find a brilliantly lit vanity, large sink, a clothing dresser for folded clothes and provides additional room for your items. The bathroom comes complete with a hairdryer, toiletries, and towels. A separate toilet and shower allow a couple to get ready for a night out simultaneously, a nice touch. The primary living space is smartly appointed with a pullout sofa, ccoktail table, two beautiful felt chairs and a marble side table. This is an ideal spot to unwind after a day on the hill, entertain with wine and cheese, or set up for a board game with loved ones. Under the large picture window is a stylish round table with two birch white chairs; an Ideal place for a romantic home-cooked meal. The room is adorned with lighting, art, sculpture, and an electric one-touch fireplace. In addition to the analog entertainment, there is a flat-panel HD television complete with Comcast for viewing of your favorite programs or indulging in a lazy Sunday movie. The kitchen is handsomely appointed in calming wood grain and stainless steel. You have all the space and appliances you need for a lovely dinner. A blender, food processor, toaster, coffee maker are in the cupboards waiting for you. All appliances are brand new and aesthetically pleasing. The kitchen comes appointed with all the necessary utensils and plating for a dinner party for four. Mixing bowls and other implements as well as the basics, such as salt and pepper, will be present for your use. Full kitchen stocking and pre-cooked meal stocking or in-home chefs are available upon request. There is a range and oven, dishwasher, full refrigerator, and a microwave. Chef's knives and cutting boards provided. In the bedroom, local art hangs on the walls. The sheets are a high thread count, and the pillows and blankets plush. Reading lights and convenient outlets with USB attachments make sure your phone and other gadgets are ready for you in the morning. The rest of the condo is wireless. The sliding glass doors allow full privacy or an open floor plan for an excellent night sleep. This condo is proper. Nothing overlooked.
