location great stayed at resort before. easy access, quiet, and secure properties, beach accessories available great parking spaces, clean property
to much bulk furniture for a small space needs to be more streamline, patio furniture cheap but useable. Roku sucks no directions on tv no local stations. bring a laptop better tv,

The staff was exceptional except for one very rude lady in the lobby. Perhaps she had issues going on at home that made her so unpleasant.
The room was quiet. I love that!

As I said above, the only problem was one lady in the staff in the lobby who was very short with me and my son about a parking permit. I did not get her name. It happened Monday, August 7th at about 4:00 or 5:00 in the afternoon. She was a middle-aged Caucasian.

The condos itself and the view of the ocean was exactly what we wanted. However, the decaying fish and shrimp parts that were dumped just over the railing didn’t allow us to take advantage of the balcony or leave the windows open the entire trip.

too small for a family of four and cleanliness of apartment could have been 100 times better.

really close to the beach and good price point! shower was fantastic and that’s sooo important coming from the beach!
it wasn’t super clean, didn’t seem like the pull out bed covers had been washed and there was crumbs and hair from someone else. we only had the trash bags that were in there no others. I mean the place is good for the money and pretty updated! BUT there’s a few things they need to talk to the cleaning crew about!!

it’s was comfy.
the bathrooms were not clean some towels were left of the last visitors. in pictures the place looked big and irl the place was small.. but it was ok.

Location was amazing! LOVED the close beach access Pool was great ! Good food and amazing drinks!
No place on site for breakfast. Restaurant and bar close too early
Gift shop/convenience store on site would also be a great addition

Bedroom a bit dingy… needs to be decorated as it felt like an old motel room. TV in bedroom did not work.

No key needed, just this very long code top into the door.
Communicating with Vacasa. Very difficult. Their associates didn't follow through with what I called about. Started trying to get a 2nd parking pass for the 2nd night of our stay for another guest @ 4:00 PM. After 3 phone calls, I finally got an associate who took care of it, but it was like 10:30 PM & the Convention Center Attendant had left for the night.
