Immaculate and well-equipped. Host, Leon, very responsive to questions and requests.

Only that it had a security system.
The unit was far from being Upscale. I would not have expected the location to be in the hood and an unsafe environment. I made several attempts to contact the property manager and haven't received a single reply back. At the very least I would expect more professionalism and customer service.

The home was absolutely beautiful and so clean!
There was absolutely nothing at all I did not like.

The location was great. Convenient for food delivery and downtown activities.
The drainage for the shower and the bathroom sink was not good, but we were able to work through it.

I liked everything I was a little upset my stay had to end so fast but 10/10 I would come back anytime. easy access to stores and downtown and food to be delivered especially door dash and Uber eats they had no problem getting to the house or dropping it off
the people on the block asking millions of questions made me uneasy at first because I was wondering why they were being so nosey and so concerned with the home but I was please once I saw the camera alarm system made me feel extra safe and once mr Leon told me he was x military .
the drain in the main bathroom tub was a little slow and filled up it was stressful a little but nothing i couldn’t get pass especially since they had a pool table ☺️

They were WONDERFUL!!! Very responsive, very kind, and even let us check in a bit early because of our situation. I would recommend Mr Leon, and Ms. Sharon to ANYONE!!!! They gave us 1,000,000 percent of a home, and we had fun with the foosball table!!! They are the up most wonderful people. I hope if I ever need a place again, that I can stay in one of their homes❤️💯😊
It was perfect

We loved how quaint and cozy the home was, and the ease of entering the property.
The host were quick to respond to any concerns.
I would definitely stay again 😃
The second bedroom was very cold for my guest,
for some reason it did not heat as well as the rest of the house. The property may consider putting a portable heater of some sort in the room. we also felt that the cleaning fee was a little high, but the trade off for the comfort of a home instead of a hotel made it worth it for myself personally.

This property on Oliver St was easy to navigate to; close to downtown activities as well as the freeway for access across town. We never had any problem finding a parking spot right at the door. From the moment you walk in you can see the attention to detail in the decor and furnishings. It was perfect for our small family for our stay while attending a family wedding in the area. Leon was instantly available for any queries the whole time we were there.

The property looks just like the pictures and has a home feeling to it. Enjoyed my stay and the area was decent.
Honestly, no dislikes.

Loved the place thanks :) So well set up and clean. Also short Uber trip to Inner harbour and fells point (coffee shops and a neat supermarket)
The area - being from overseas didn’t know what to expect, hadn’t anticipated an Uber recommending don’t walk around at night and in the day don’t walk past the block. But we loved the place itself. Wld be good to have had a few more coffee pods or tea tho, and maybe a little sugar and a small UHT milk - if you arrive late at night it’s nice to have one on arrival and one In the morning? There were two coffee pods but three of us. Love the place itself tho and so well managed would recommend it. It’s was great to hang out and work from

Everything was nice. It was clean and neighborhood was quiet.
The backyard may need to be treated for mosquitoes they were on attack mode. The mattress was a little too soft for me I like a firm mattress due to my sciatic nerve issue.

Leon & Sharon are kind, easy-going people, who were very gracious when I called them at 10 pm with questions. The property is a quaint, well appointed townhouse that 1s immaculate. It is 5-minutes by taxi to Johns Hopkins.
There isn't much in the surrounding neighborhood, though, I did see a lot of positive reviews for nearby restaurants.
I look forward to the opportunity to stay at the Upscale Townhouse again.
The mattress was l little too soft for me.

The interior was recently renovated despite its location among dilapidated or boarded up buildings (ghetto).
Advertising is very misleading about being a "luxurious" townhouse. It is located in one the worse or poorer sections of Baltimore among other dilapidated buildings. The people at booking.com responded that "it is a matter of perspective," but there is no mistaking a ghetto. Obviously, this property was purchased by investors as a fixer upper for rental income. The neighborhood is a place for construction workers to gather after work to smoke marijuana and drink beer/water, across the street from the townhouse while talking until they go home later for dinner. Expand the attached photo below to see the guy rolling a marijuana joint to smoke. It is definitely NOT a family friendly neighborhood. I was worried about our car being parked on a public street all night as there was a lot of activity in the area.
The HVAC system does not work well for the upstairs bedrooms as it was hot while the downstairs was cool. Either there is a problem with the ductwork or it is an undersized HVAC unit for the two-story townhouse. The Kuerig coffee maker was broken as it leaked water all over the counter, which was disappointing to find out so early in the morning.
Do yourself a favor and AVOID this property, especially, if you are traveling with young kids or you have any concerns about your safety. If you are young, adventurous and are willing to take some risks, and like to party, this is your kind of place. Unfortunately, the advertising is misleading and took advantage of my ignorance about Baltimore's neighborhoods. If you are a tourist, do yourself a big favor and stay in a hotel near downtown (inner harbor area) or in the trendier Canton neighborhood (off of Boston and O'Donnell Streets) with lots of nice restaurants, shops, and SAFER boutique hotels. For future trips, I will research high crime nieghborhoods of future destinations for avoidance.

me and my husband we’re visiting for a Convention in Inner Harbor we don’t like to stay in a small hotel rooms so we chose to go a little outside the downtown area for accommodations and we really really enjoyed the stay the apartment is really clean very spacious and extremely comfortable we stayed for three nights And we had a really great time!!! The neighborhood wasn’t the best but to be honest with you you forget all that once you’re inside, it was definitely well worth the value!!!

Nice apartment/town home - clean and functional - everything we needed was in place - very responsive hosts
Coffee Machine needed specific Keurig containers - Mattresses were a little too soft (but still fine) - Neighborhood looked a bit scary at first but we met some neighbors, and they were all very nice

The townhouse is cozy, clean, has all needed appliances. Easy parking right by the doorsteps made staying even easier.

The place is beautiful! Very comfy!
Only downside is we are not from a city so the traffic and just noise was hard to sleep to! But that is more of an us problem than the location!

I loved how we felt at home. The property had everything we needed. The location was very close to Fells Pointe which is a beautiful area in the harbor. I was very happy with all the amenities and was not disappointed or deceived by the pictures or descriptions online. I was very impressed.
The bedding in the smaller bedroom was kind of old and rough so the lint from the comforter snagged onto the sheets. I would have liked to have better bedding but there were extra linens that were newer looking, so we just used those. Such a small insignificant detail that wouldn’t deter me from staying here again, but just FYI.
