Situated in Gatlinburg, this charming cabin for £363 per night is a great choice for your next break. Located in Chalet Village North!!! Fantastic location conveniently located off the parkway between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Rustic Retreat is a newly built cabin with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It's on a quiet dead-end street, just a short drive to the north clubhouse, which includes pools, tennis courts, outdoor games, paved walking trails and concessions. There is plenty of driveway space to accommodate several vehicles. Rustic Retreat is an open floor plan cabin with large windows facing the view! The cabin is stocked with all your essentials, memory foam mattresses and comfortable gathering spaces throughout, as well as 6 TV's! Enjoy a game of pool, foosball or an arcade game or relax in the hot tub and take in the amazing view! Three of the four bedrooms have their own master bathroom. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level and sleeps up to 8 children (3 adults, see note below). There is a large bathroom to accommodate that bedroom. There is plenty of seating for dining, inside and out! If you're a grill master, we haven't forgotten you. On the deck is a gas grill waiting to be fired up to prepare your steaks, burgers, and chicken. Please Note: Although the cabin sleeps 15 people, the top bunk beds can ONLY accommodate children due to weight limits. And the bottom bunk can hold 2 children or 1 adult. We have a maximum of 10 adults per booking. Wheelchair accessible: The main entrance, main floor bedroom, and bath are wheelchair accessible. Sleeping arrangements: There is a king on the second floor which is ground level. The bunk beds and single bed are all in one room on the 1st floor which is the basement and there is a queen room and king room on the 3rd floor Full access to the property Located in Chalet Village, Rustic Retreat is off the parkway between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. *The cancellation policy is specific to your booking platform, and processing fees may apply if you choose to cancel. *There will be a $250 security deposit credit card hold that you will see on your card before check-in time. It will not be charged unless the terms of the rental agreement are reported to have not been followed at checkout. This credit hold will expire after your reservation is complete. - You are not to have more than the max number of guests allowed at the property. - Renter minimum age is 25 - No Events - No Pets unless expressly granted and fee paid - No Smoking - No Early Check-In without expressed permission - No Late Check-Out without expressed permission -Due to current fraud trends on the rise, cleaning and maintenance issues will be personally addressed in real time by our management team and remedied without the possibility of refund unless the issue is not resolvable during your stay.

The cabin was very accommodating to all of our needs and very comfortable. The scenery was beautiful and the wildlife was exciting to see—visits from bears daily and raccoons at night! Balconies were very safe for all ages. A shower does seem to drip over the master bed room bed after people shower. Also, the shower upstairs needs a rubber mat in it because it is quite slippery, especially for older people. The propane for grilling was just about empty when we got there and we could not grill. It needs to be checked before the guests arrive.

Very cozy cabin nestled in the hills that was perfect for our extended family vacation. Secluded enough to relax but also close enough to be in the National Park or in town very quickly. Bonus, we saw at least one bear each day which thrilled the little ones immensely!

We had a lovely stay at Unwind. We went with 6 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of room for all of us! The kids absolutely loved the basement level with the bunkbeds and arcade games. The adults loved the porches with rocking chairs overlooking the mountains. The host was easy to get in contact with and responded to all of inquires very promptly. We didn't do a great job of realizing that paper products are only minimally included (one roll of tp in each bathroom, one roll of paper towels) and had to make a run for some. In the owner's defense, this was stated in the arrival instructions. I will say that the house was LOUD. Sound traveled very easily. However, I have a feeling that this is a product of being a wood cabin and the same thing probably happens in the majority of other similar style houses. Overall, I would give Unwind a positive rating and would stay there again.

Great location, saw bears!

The location is great. It’s remote enough to relax and see wildlife (we saw bears) but still close to town. You do have to windy, hilly drive to get to the cabin but that should be expected for a cabin in the mountains. Management is great. They are quick to answer any and all questions and resolved issues quickly. Cons: (1) the house is a little noisy. Once one person is up everyone is getting up. (2) missing some essentials: for large groups there are not enough towels so you may want to consider taking your own. No kitchen washcloths for dishes. No can opener if you plan to cook. For large groups, not enough toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. Overall this is a great rental, just consider bringing extra essentials. We had 9 in our group and had to re-stock a few things because we ran out over our 5 night stay.
