Living room had Hide in queen size sofa bed and AC 2nd Bathroom is Newley renovated bath tub with shower. Patio has most amazing view of false creek with 2 chairs and a table in-suite laundry, 2 ceiling fans. One in the 2nd bedroom and one in the living room A 42 inches TV, a PVR box with high speed internet and Netflix is included. private parking garage and a premium amenities such as 24 hrs concierge. Foldable PAC and play crib and standing alone high chair available upon request with no extra fee. You will have a vast selection of A dynamic district bordering on Gastown, Yaletown and Strathcona, All the linens and Towels are provided for no extra fee. Wonderful location

Secure and excellent Location the apartment is very well equipped , walking distances to drugstore, supermarket etc, communication with the property manager is through email which is an inconvenience but not impossible but I'd mentioned to her and she is going to look into it since if you need to wait for her to check her email and you are in a situation that need access to her immediately it will be a great inconvenience, but I'd always was able to get in touch with her

Overall this was excellent. Very clean and comfortable.
The neighborhood has some unfortunate individuals around on the streets, but we never felt unsafe.
Great grocery right out the front door and, if needed, a COSTCO right nearby as well.
Also right by the metro station.

Clean and well appointed apartment. Location good for walking to most of what Vancouver has to offer and the included parking was very convenient.

The property is well located and convenient to the city of Vancouver. City lights, noises and vistas await as you feel like you are in the middle of the bustling city without all the hassles of busy city life. Super convenient to restaurants, the Skytrain and Rogers Arena. Super friendly and diverse neighborhood. Loved our stay!

The condo was nice and has a fantastic view. Some things didn’t work well like the coffee maker but wouldn’t be a deal breaker. My biggest concern was there was no communication and advising about nearby neighborhood. Being new to area, we walked the streets during day and found it easy check out nearby Gastown which felt safe. Once dark, we decided to walk back (only 6 blocks to the condo) and stay on busy streets. We ended up walking right into the middle of Vancouver’s Skid Row or DTES neighborhood and it was very scary. I wouldn’t say that I wouldn’t recommend this place. I just wish there was more transparency to how close this is to a bad part of town. Definitely Don’t walk home from Gastown!!

We enjoyed our stay at Divya's property immensely. The location was great as we were able to walk to the majority of the attractions and restaurants that we wanted to visit in Vancouver. Waking up in the morning and enjoying the view from the deck area was really nice!

Condo was in a good spot in Coal Harbour, close to all the things we came to see. Divya, our hostess, was very responsive to a couple of small issues that cropped up relating to the wifi and some electrical. Two small issues to note. The portable air conditioner unit had some difficulty keeping up with the temperatures brought on by the south facing windows. Night time temps in the unit were consistently around 27 degrees and would have been unbeatable if not for the fans provided. Also many of the pillows provided are nearing the end of their service life. All in all, a great weekend and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with Divya again.

We loved the condo in downtown Vancouver. Host was very helpful when our plans changed and we came in earlier on Friday and needed a place to keep our luggage until check in and she responded immediately. We walked to Stanley Park after lunch but used the public rental bikes to explore the park and road them back after dark since there is a return bike stand right outside the condo, it worked out perfect. Highly recommend Purebread Bakery a few blocks away for breakfast, absolute perfection!

We came to Vancouver for a concert at the Rogers arena. We were a stones throw away with all the downtown amenities at our finger tips. This reservation also included parking which is an invaluable asset to this listing. A place that can’t be beat!

Clean condo, but in a busy area and the noise from the roads was too much for us, since we are not used to it. The one room a/c was also not enough for the extreme heat that was present during our stay. Comfortable beds and nice tv though.

Condo has amazing views and is clean and modern. It's a city condo so no wasted space! It is a great location if you are attending an event at either of the sports arenas or just generally exploring the city. The parking spot was a nice amenity too. We felt secure in and around the building, but as others have mentioned, be aware of some rougher areas a few blocks away. The unit has AC, but not central. It was warm during our trip and the AC, along with several fans, could not keep the unit cool during the day or evening. Primary bathroom has a tub with sprayer only which is pictured and listed as tub, but we did not notice so pointing it out for others.

Great space, small but everyone was comfy. The pool was a great bonus, as was parking. Easy to get all the places we needed to go.

A great condo in the heart of the city!
We are a family of 4 (kids aged 17 & 12) and we found this condo to work great for our several days in the city. The condo itself had everything we needed (several bathrooms, several bedrooms), and sure, space is tight (it’s a condo), it worked just fine. There was a full kitchen with everything needed to make meals if you wanted. The in-suite laundry was awesome too. We found Divya (our host) was very good at communicating with us and responding to the several questions we had. The condo building itself was quite safe and well organized using key fob access, and there was a private parking spot too, which we needed. There was a pool, hot tub and gym in the building, which we used each day and were great. One thing - be aware that the building does not have A/C, but the condo did have in-suite units to help cool off the condo. Another thing to be aware of is the location - while it is in a great location in the heart of the city, it abuts next to a pretty rough area with a number of people on the street and such. Something to consider if you’re booking with children.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend Divya as a host! Thank you for a great stay!

Convenient location
We enjoyed our stay here great. It was close to everything we wanted. The balcony was great for morning coffee. Access in and out with the security was perfect. Nice and clean. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!

Divya's place was clean, has beautiful view and conveniently located. We were able to walk to many of our destinations and it is helpful that there is a supermarket right across the store for snacks. The only thing we didn't realize is that the third room is only available for 7 ppl. It was fine though, we made it work.

Very convenient
The property suited our needs well. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and accommodating. My 21-year old son slept on the sofa bed, and he said it was very comfortable. Although the apartment was a little tight for the four of us (we all showered in the main bathroom because the master had a hand-held shower), it was very manageable, and a lot cheaper than getting two hotel rooms! The location was very convenient, as well, since we could walk to anywhere in Gastown or Yaletown. I highly, highly recommend Nelson the Seagull for breakfast! One note about the location, though: it is at the fringe of a drug-infested den of homeless people. We did not have any problems, but we did have to navigate that when walking around. There is a strong police presence there, and I still felt safe. Overall the apartment was definitely worth it. One thing I would recommend is giving out another key fob. It was a real hassle that we all had to go out and come back together because otherwise we had no way of getting in.

Host was very helpful, thoughtful, and prompt in responses. Property was perfect location for our four day family stay before cruise to Alaska. Convient to transpotation.Uber from airport was $39. Definitely would like to stay here again!

A couple of things to note is that the 3rd bedroom is very small and has a cot, not a full twin size bed. However, it is fine for a child or teen. A second key fob would have been helpful too for when our family wanted to come and go at different times.
Overall, the stay was very comfortable and the host was very helpful. We forgot a jacket in the closet and she even took the time to mail it to us, which was greatly appreciated.

Fantastic location
We had an awesome experience staying here. The host was super quick to respond to our inquiries. The condo is a bit smaller then we imagined. However, we had 4 teens and three adults and we were comfortable for our 3 night stay. We loved the location it is within walking distance to all Vancouver attractions.

Great weekend getaway with perfect location.
The location was amazing. Went to a concert at Rogers arena which was across the street. Host was very responsive to all our needs and questions. Enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Loved the pool. Would stay here again.

Nice Stay
Overall, had a great stay at this condo.
The contactless check-in and check-out process was pretty straightforward, and it was nice to have a dedicated parking spot in the underground garage.
The condo itself was very nice and clean, with pretty much everything as-described. A couple nitpicks though: I would not describe the balcony as "spacious" - it seats two people, no more, and the 3rd room is more like a large closet or small storage area that has been turned into a bedroom than a "Den". Also, several of the light switches were cracked/broken and in need of replacement. But everything else was great - we used the Apple TV for some entertainment and used the fold-out bed in the couch at night. We didn't use any of the building's amenities, so I can't speak to those.
Divya herself was always responsive and helpful throughout our stay, thank-you! She also accommodated our request to check in a couple hours early.
Finally, the location: we found it to be very convenient to walk to nearby restaurants and bars, like the Keefer Bar and Jade Dynasty Restaurant in Chinatown, Black Rice Izakaya a couple blocks away, and the very close Chambar. It was also a short drive to Tojo's Restaurant in Fairview and a convenient 20 minutes from the airport.

Beautiful and comfortable
We enjoyed our stay very much. Gastown is developing quickly and tons of good food and lots of amenities are nearby. Skytrain is literally outside the front door (and muted train sound is part of the apartment's charm). The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the city + water view highly enjoyable. The rooms are small but that is expected in a location like this. Would recommend and return.
