The property was close to the event we were attending (9 min walk). The view from the apt is wonderful and it amazingly quiet considering it's on a busy street and cross street. Fiona went above and beyond to ensure the stay was comfortable. She even went out of her way to return my coat that I had left.
The only issue I found was an issue for me, was the mattress was uncomfortable so I slept on the couch which worked just fine.

Easy to book with Fiona. Check-in and check-out process was seamless. Location was excellent, close to sky train, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. The unit was spotless, comfortable and was well equipped with everything my family needed. I definitely recommend this place if you are planning a trip to Vancouver.

Great location and perfect space for me and my teenage son to use as a home base for exploring the city. The unit can work as a 2 bedroom and sliding doors are a great way to get a bit of privacy if needed. Furniture was well chosen to make the most out of the space.

We were in Vancouver for a week as my daughter was having eye surgery and she needed to lay flat for several days. The condo was clean and bright, with contained everything we needed and more. Fiona was a lovely hostess and answered all of our questions promptly. I had difficulty with the appliances - the stove top and oven were induction, so it took a while to figure out how to use them. Other than that it was a great venue!.

Fiona was the perfect host. The property has a stunning rooftop terrace and excellent gym.
The transport links are very good and the apartment is equipped with everything you could ever need.

Perfect place to use as base to explore Vancouver! Clean, bright. Coffee and tea provided - a nice touch.

Excellent endroit pour loger en famille afin d’explorer Vancouver et ses environs. Le stationnement inclus permet de laisser la voiture pour marcher jusqu’à Gastown ou louer des vélos pour découvrir Stanley park. Le condo est confortable et lumineux. La salle de sport est un bel atout. Je recommande sans hésiter!

Comfortable two week stay
We stayed with Fiona for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The condo was well equipped, quiet, clean and beds were comfortable. The building amenities were a huge bonus: gym, rooftop patio and lounge.
The location is perfect: very good coffee shops, bike lanes and an excellent staging area to access the rest of Vancouver.
Fiona was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. If you arrive before checki n, you will have to find alternate plans to store your luggage.
We would definitely stay here again!

a small tricky thing is the blind on windows could not block lights. if you have a small kid who needs to go to bed early, it would be a bit hard during summer time.

Fiona’s listing is in a brand new building and couldn’t be better located. The check in process is easy and efficient and comes with a parking space for those with a vehicle. The space itself is clean, modern, and actually feels bigger than the photos. There’s a super spacious balcony with a great view of the Mount Pleasant area. Everything you need is within walking distance, from breweries to cafes and well-known dessert spots like Earnest Ice Cream and Cartems Donuts. Fiona is welcoming and easy to communicate with and we would gladly stay at her place again!
