Clean and comfortable would stay there again

We were a group of 6 adults and we had a nice stay in this property for a quick weekend at the races. Communication with the owner was very good. The place was pretty spacious but we had to be a little creative with the sleeping arrangements. There are two bedrooms each with a double bed, a couple of (really old) foldaway cots, a big sofa, a futon and some pillow thing my friend slept on, so we all had a place to sleep. Parking isn’t bad as there is enough street parking around the adjacent block or two. It’s pretty close to downtown and the inner harbor so uber rides are pretty quick.

Great spot for a bachelor party

The Loft is in a convenient location but the neighborhood is a little sketchy (toilet and sink on the street right outside the front door, crackheads walking around, and litter/debris all over the sidewalk) but hey- this is Charm City and what a vibrant and fun town to be in on Ravens Gameday. Not recommended for families but a great location for an event or weekend visit. A little disappointed with the check-in process as you have to go through the App (versus the owner texting you check-in info directly) but to be fair I was on the golf course all morning and did not access to the App because my i-phone is old and will not accept the S/W update.

Street parking was tight, and no assigned spots for apartment. Not located in the safest neighborhood, but was secured by two sets of heavy doors. Interior of Apartment was as advertised, with the exception of the couches being broken. In addition to the broken couches, the upstairs shower was also broken. Short walk to the ballpark and stadium, but need to Uber to anywhere beyond that (I.e. Inner Harbor, and Fells Point). Perfect for a bachelor party, but wouldn’t recommend it beyond that.

Short stay for sports game
Had a few friends meet up for a game at MB&T stadium and it was a great spot to access Federal Hill and the stadiums.

Comfortable stay, plenty of amenities. Property manager Evan was available and helpful. As previously stated, sleeping arrangements were tricky with only two full-size beds. I would suggest this sleeps four adults comfortably. Parking was not a problem. Beware of the $1500 deposit.

Overall our visit was pleasant. The common spaces are comfortable and well equipped. Sleeping arrangements were a bit awkward. We were 8 adults, ages from 19 to 77. There were two "real" double beds, two foldaway cots, a blow up and two sofas. I don't remember the description for the sleeping arrangements and we were able to make it work but read carefully. The downstairs bedroom (1 double bed) is very, very cold in cold weather! Parking is difficult!!
