This 4 bed, 4 full bath, 3 level cabin gives everyone enough space to enjoy all this house has to offer, including two private outdoor decks with seating. *Roku TV's in every room - Use your personal login for any streaming service and you are all set! *Game Room has NBA JAM & Marvel vs Capcom arcade games, foosball, pool table, high top and couch to relax *800+ Mbps Wifi *3 Levels *Private Hot Tub *Outdoor seating to relax and eat on deck *3 Private Parking Spots *Gas grill outside provided for your convenience *Pack & Play + High Chair offered for the kids *Fully stocked kitchen - Stainless Steel Appliances *Full size on-site Washer and Dryer Top Level *Master Bedroom w/ King bed & ensuite *Bunk room w/ 4 Queen Beds & ensuite Main Level *Kitchen *Living Room *Bedroom w/ Queen Bed *Full Bath *Private Deck *Sleeper Sofa Bottom Level *Game Room *Bedroom *Full bathroom *Washer/Dryer *Sleeper Sofa Supplies provided during your stay: *All bed linens *Shampoo, Conditioner & Body wash *1 Set of towels per guest staying (Wash cloth, Hand & Bath Towels) - A few extra will be left in the closet *Hand soap *A limited supply of toilet paper & paper towel is provided. Any additional will be at the responsibility of the guest! *4 large kitchen trash bags * Coffee & Filters * 1 Small liquid dish soap * 1 Sponge * 2 dishwasher pods - Guests will have full access and use of the cabin 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic front door lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! OTHER NOTES 1. If you bring more guests the are reflected on your reservation, unfortunately you will be asked to leave without a refund. 2. Please note there is a $250 pet fee, which includes up to two pets. Only dogs and cats are allowed. If droppings from pets outside are not cleaned up, additional $100 will be applied. 3. There is a camera located in front of house which is on 24/7 for your protection 4. When not using hot tub, please keep cover on. 5. Trash can be thrown in the covered containers underneath front door steps. Please make sure the door is shut at all times to avoid wild life getting into the trash. 6. Please be mindful not to exceed six bags of trash during your stay. Our team incurs an additional fee for disposing of any excess trash, and we aim to minimize this to respect their time and efforts. Thank you for your cooperation! 7. Please be aware that we are located in a bear-prone area. For your safety, we kindly ask that you do not leave any food in your car. Bears have a strong sense of smell and may be attracted to the food, which could result in damage to your vehicle. 8. It is highly recommended you purchase travel insurance and review cancellation policy. No refunds will be issued for circumstances outside of hosts control. 9. After 48 hours, we no longer accept any alterations to your reservation 10. Do Not Put Soap In The Hot Tubs SEASONAL FIREPLACE We love cozy fireplaces as much as the rest, however during the warmer months we cannot allow them to be ran. YOU WILL NOT HAVE BE ABLE TO USE THE FIREPLACE FROM APRIL 1 TO OCTOBER 15TH. Thank you for your understanding!

This place had it all. The location was great for the event we had planned and the amenities were top notch. Pros: Close to Gatlinburg and all the main attractions around the area. The space was plenty big for a large party. Enough to keep any kids busy. Bunk bed room was wonderful. Cabin had everything you could think of so enough to tide you over until you hit the store. Fair amount of entertainment space and outdoor space to hangout. Cons: Do ask for additional towels since they will go quick or wash often. Ask for sleeping layout since there was no futon in the master as advertised but a pull out sofa in the basement instead, no fault on the owner but oversight on my part for not asking for details. Be wary of additional trash charges if going over a certain amount of bags which is difficult if you have a large party. If traveling with multiple big vehicles, parking on the hill will be difficult and space is very limited. Other than that, you will love this place and the managers are very quick to respond to help out and answer any questions.

Very nice cabin in a small community We had 6 adults and 6 kids from ages 3 to 13, and everyone enjoyed the stay. From lounging around on the decks, the hot tub and the house it was great. Convenient to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Had great communication with the owner and host company couldn’t have gone smoother.

The cabin was perfect! Super clean and fit our family of 15. The cabin even provided a stroller and pack and play which was perfect for the kids. The cabin had all the necessary kitchen stuff and the location was a 10 minute drive to the main gatlinburg area. Highly recommend for any family or big group it was perfect!

Host was very engaged and welcoming. Ryan wanted to make sure you were having a great experience. Cabin was very clean, kitchen and linens were well stocked. There is not a great view of the mountains from the deck, but the location is nice and peaceful just outside the craft community, and easy access to all parts of the park.

The cabin we rented was great. The jacuzzi was not clean and the water had a foul Odor. A few con webs but other than that ball was well. Full furnished kitchen and a t.v in every room. Not to high in the mountains . Just the way I like it.
