Bienvenidos a San Antonio! We welcome you to experience SA like you’ve never experienced it before. This exclusive home is in Southtown, an area a few blocks south of SA’s most visited tourist attractions and nationally recognized for its emerging food & bar scene. Whether you’re in search of beer, wine, cocktails, upscale dining, or a casual encounter Southtown is the place. The interior was thoughtfully, intentionally and professionally designed to provide you w/ a 1st class experience. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths (both full baths are upstairs with a 1/2 bath downstairs) with an open concept floor plan, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, farmhouse table (accommodates 8) and sectional with distressed leather sets the stage for you and your family/friends to create a truly memorable and unforgettable experience. Additional conveniences include high speed wireless internet, 65” HDTV (living room) and full size washer/dryer. This home comfortably accommodates 6 adults (assumes 2 adults in each permanent bed for each room). King size bed in the master, along with a trundle bed with 2 twins for kids (twin beds are assumed only used with over 6 guests) and queen size bed in the two additional bedrooms. There is a queen air mattress that can also sleep 2 (this would be in living room and these are provided by request only and with a booking over 6 people where additional guest fees will apply). Note: The additional guest fees are used to cover additional time the cleaning crew will spend at house to do additional laundry from sheets and towels. We were all very happy with this rental. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is close, minutes by car or Uber to the riverfront area where there is shopping and many great restaurants as well as many other points of interest. We had a great time in San Antonio and highly recommend the property.

From the owner to the location to the proximity of everything SA this is a great spot to stay.
We had more than enough room with our family to enjoy the house while moving around the SA area. The Alamodome is an easy 10 minute walk along with the Tower of the America's.
The house had everything you needed and more. Bedding was fantastic and showers were great.
Look forward to staying again next year.

Absolutely recommend this house, beautiful linens, fabulous decor, extremely clean, and right in the heart of the San Antonio action. Fairly close to the train tracks and freeway.

This was a great property, very nice and clean, and a quiet neighborhood, except for frequent trains. However, earplugs were provided and the trains didn't bother us. Some basic kitchen supplies were provided and included a coffee variety for the Kurig. We liked the San Antonio blend so much we bought some at the grocery store to take home. The grocery store, HEB, is convenient to the property. The property was convenient to all San Antonio sites that we were inerested in which were mostly downtown with the exception of a couple of missions and the SA Missions MiLB team stadium. San Antonio is a city filled with pleasant people, great food, and we would rent out this property again without hesitation.

This house is walking distance from the downtown, Riverwalk, alomodome, etc. in a great location. Not a busy road at all either, even better of you have children. The house is beautiful , updated and cozy, feels like home. AND very well taken care of. One of the best home rentals we have had the opportunity to stay at. 10/10 recommend and we will be back next year!

We had a great time in SA. The house was awesome. It included a lot of thoughtful details that we didn't think would be included. Very spacious and great space to relax and spend time together. Great location, close to downtown and nightlife. Would definitely book again.

This property was cute as a button. Everyone raved about the comfy-ness of the beds. It's very close to the Riverwalk. Less than 3 minute drive. Check in was a breeze and our host was so accommodating to provide early check in. Will stay again!

We came up here for a doctors appointment and short vacation before school started. Great location for everything. Place super nice and the manager was great! We will stay here again!

A short fun stay.
Nathan was pleasant and accommodating. We only stayed a couple of nights but enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. It's a cute little neighborhood that's not to far from the river walk.

Weekend getaway in SA
This house was amazing and had everything we needed for our stay. Roomy and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. The host was fantastic and even provided us places to eat at and had snacks and coffee in the house already. Also, the location of this house was perfect and close to everything we wanted to go to.

We had a great time at Nathan’s place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to most attractions ,awesome bars and restaurants. His place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Nathan was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it. You will not be disappointed.

The neighborhood is very conveniently located very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to most attractions ,awesome bars and restaurants. Great location!
In town for a conference at the convention center. Excellent proximity to all San Antonio has to offer. Very comfortable beds! This was no issue for our group, but know that all bedrooms are upstairs if you have a guest who has trouble with stairs. Would definitely stay here again!

A terrific location to Riverwalk ($7 Uber) and some great dining options like BLISS, Little Em’s Oyster Bar and Bar 1919. Owner was very accommodating with our pre arrival questions and upon arrival the home was immaculate and well stocked with your immediate needs such as coffee/creamer, bottled water and snacks were such a nice touch. On site requests were met with prompt response and solutions. Good internet and all the comforts of home.
I would highly recommend for your stay in San Antonio.
