Kathy's home is in an excellent part of Boulder and was a great home base for a few days of hiking, biking, and fun times in the area. The home was very comfortable and Kathy was very communicative and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!

Three nice size bedrooms. Two nice bathrooms. Mini split AC units in each bedroom, very comfortable. Large common area with TV. Good wi-fi speed available. Beautiful neighborhood. Walking distance to Chautauqau dining hall and trails. Home owner very accommodating.

This was perfect for our family to stay and explore the area colleges for a few days. We especially enjoyed our walk/hike to have breakfast at the Chautauqua Dining Hall near the Flatirons. Easy to get everything and the apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would book again. :)

Can’t say enough about how perfectly this place fit our needs. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Great beds with lovely soft linens and big fluffy bath towels. All important items after long days of hiking and being outdoors. Location is beautiful and super convenient. Wi-Fi was fine for all of our devices, no issues at all. Kathy was an excellent host!

What a beautiful place for our family to gather for memorial to husband, father, grandfather. Our hostess was wonderful as well as helpful. The setting awesome. The family was so very pleased with the experience.

The property was located in the lower floor of a beautiful home in a stunning neighborhood. The living space of the suite was roomy and comfortable and Kathy was kind, helpful, and completely accommodating. We were close to the hiking trails and walked every day and explored our surroundings. We slept so well in the comfy beds! Highly recommend!

We love this area of Boulder. Beautiful homes, quiet tree lined streets with sidewalks and great hiking trails that are easily accessible. Our host and the owner, Kathy, was very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is well appointed and clean. We appreciated the full size washer and dryer since we were doing a lot of outdoor activities. The kitchenette is small, but it was plenty of space for us as we tend to eat out mostly. We loved the Nespresso coffee machine! The beds were very comfortable (a rarity in rentals it seems) and the space was very “homey”. We look forward to staying at this property again in the near future!

This unit was exactly as described. It was a great place to land after a day of exploring all Boulder has to offer. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the Flatirons and a short drive to historic downtown. Kathy, our host, was delightful!

Cute, updated apartment in Chataqua neighborhood. In addition to the comfortable and nice interior, there is a little garden sitting area with views of the mountains. The location was great and the host/owner was wonderful and easy to work with.

The beds, location, and communication were all top notch. They even provided a pack n play for my infant which was wonderful to not have to travel with. The wifi was extremely spotty and didn't work in most areas of the apartment which wasn't ideal. The kitchenette was as described but tough to cook anything in and the mini fridge was hard to keep closed (but there's a large fridge in the garage). There was an induction hot plate but none of the pans were compatible. Only very simple things were provided (again, expected) but something to keep in mind! Not a place to cook meals, but cereal and sandwiches would be great.
