Ideal for entertaining, the kitchen has a large butcher block island with seating for 5 and cool concrete countertops. The exposed beams, high ceilings, and industrial touches found throughout give the home a modern feel while still harkening back to the building's previous life. The kitchen opens up into a combination living and dining area, where there is a table with bench seating to comfortably accommodate 6 people. The addition of a 70-inch TV, a shuffleboard table, and ample seating for all make it the perfect gathering space for hours of fun! The home is also perfectly set up for remote working. Just off of the kitchen is an additional living space with a seating area and an arcade game machine for more fun indoors. The in-unit washer and dryer are also located here. The bedrooms of the home are spacious and bright as they all feature the home’s distinct high ceilings. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, a large desk, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV, while Bedroom 3 features two twin beds and another flat-screen TV. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom, which has a shower and tub combination. Bedrooms 4 and 5 both have king-sized beds and flat-screen TVs, however, Bedroom 5 also features a raised twin bunk.
