We loved this house! Super clean, excellent location, modern and sleek updates throughout. Our family of 10 had a great time! We cooked, grilled out, swam, used all the pool and beach toys and chairs, and could easily walk to the beach in the evening. It was also 5 minutes drive from stores, shops, and fun.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful , modern, clean , confortable, spacious house . Kids couldn’t get enough of the pool !! Backyard is beautiful! Well maintained, great for bbq and eating outside

I cannot express how impressed I was with the cleanliness of this beach house. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax. The AC worked wonderfully and the refrigerators kept our drinks very cold! This property is very close to the beach. Sergio was always very responsive and even reached out to me prior our arrival to offer his services if needed. The private pool is a plus! I would definitely recommend this place to others and it is on top of my list of places to stay at SPI!

Nice house perfect for 9 of us. All had a bed except for one who slept comfortably on the large sectional. A five minute walk to the beach. Unexpected fireworks display seen off the master bedroom balcony. Would stay here again.

We cannot say enough good things about this location! The house was perfect for our family and the service and communication with owner was superb. The place is so clean, feels new and is fully stocked with all things you could possibly need (especially kitchen). We had a water pressure issue at the end of the trip and the owner was quick to resolve and respond. We would love to book again in the future and highly recommend for families. Perfect distance to the beach and good loacarion overall! So happy with our stay!

Amazing house, totally updated and one of the nicest Vrbo houses I have ever seen.

Loved the property. Very clean and beautiful. Only issue is one of the “bedrooms” listed is not really an enclosed bedroom. It just bunk beds in a hallway. So adults that had to stay there did not have privacy. Other than that the location and everything was great. Loved having all the pool toys available in the garage also.

Perfect for family get togethers on SPI
Clean, modern amenities including a large drink fridge inside near the pool/patio door. Window shades allow a bright or dark room depending on the time of day. Beach gear and optional golf cart rental covers all the bases. Kids loved the bunk bed downstairs and adults loved the modern bedrooms. Perfect to chill inside or head to the beach one block away!

House was great short walk to the beach only negative thing was the AC unit kept resetting itself back up to 75 so we would wake up hot during the night and had to go turn it down you can only turn it down to 72. But that was our only thing the house was great.

Great property, close to everything. Had an issue with the pool heater but Sergio was all over it. Only thing property is missing is a dishwasher. Otherwise it is fist class.
