A modern and luxurious 4 bedroom / 3 bath townhome located one block west of the historic Hood River downtown. The accordion door opens to expansive unobstructed views of the Columbia River Gorge. whether you are looking for a view home to host family and friends or a centrally located, walk-to-everywhere headquarters; Cascadia Loft 705 offers all of the luxuries and amenities needed to explore the Gorge. Garage available for gear storage. Rest: After a long day playing in the Gorge, rest peacefully in one of the 4 luxurious bedrooms with memory foam mattresses (2 queens, 2 kings) boasting high thread count sheets and towels. Wash off the day in one of the 2 walk-in showers or dwonstairs bathtub and enjoy complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Eating: We offer a well-appointed kitchen with high-end appliances and cooking pans, utensils, and basic spices, or use the grill on the patio to entertain family and friends while enjoying the expansive views of the town of Hood River, the Columbia River, and the White Salmon bluff. The loft is located in the heart of historic downtown Hood River. Walk just 1 block to countless bars, restaurants, shops, and other activities. Within a 4 block radius are Mike's Ice Cream, Evoke Winery, The Pines Winery, Kickstand Cafe, Double Mountain Pizza, Oak Street Pub, the local movie theater, bike shops, kiteboarding shops, and other countless entertainment, shopping, and food options. Mt. Hood Meadows ski area is a quick 35-minute drive up Highway 35. Government Camp and Timberline Lodge are another 15 minutes up the hill. Enjoy a 15-minute walk to the spit and the Port of Hood River Event Site for kiteboarding, kayaking, windsurfing, and wingsurfing; or stay home and enjoy watching the magical dance of kites from your top floor patio deck. Indian Creek Golf Course is a quick 15-minute drive South or pedal from the home to Post Canyon Mountain Biking. Our Home: Top Floor: Accordion door opens the entire North wall to an expansive deck with BBQ, spectacular views, and outdoor furniture; kitchen and living room with 65" smart TV ready for you to stream your favorite channels or movies and a Sonos speaker to play your favorite music; dining room with formal dining table for 6; and a large bedroom with king bed; and a full bathroom with walk-in shower and heated bidet seat. 2nd Floor (Garage Level): Garage with shuffleboard table and dart board to play on and plenty of secure space for your bikes, kites, and other sports equipment; 2 large dedicated parking spaces (one in front of garage and one across driveway labeled for 705 Oak); main entry foyer with laundry room and washer and dryer; coat closet; master bedroom with king bed and views of the Columbia River; and master bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet room with heated bidet, and access to a small private deck. 1st Floor (Lower Floor with access to Oak Street): 2 bedrooms (both with queen-size beds; a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and heated bidet; and private entrance to Oak Street and the gateway to downtown Hood River. Need extra room? The couch in the living room also folds out to a queen-size mattress. Please let us know if you will need extra linens for the fold-out couch. Great location to walk all around the town of Hood River. Beautiful view of the Columbia River from the deck. The place was great for 2 couples to share. Good amount of privacy for each along with individual bathroom space.

The property is in immaculate condition, with appealing placement of bedrooms and bathrooms between 3 floors. Large open balcony/deck with magnificent views. There four for a girls weekend. Absolutely amazing house. Spotless, everything you could ask for. Amazing balcony and views of the river and Mt. Adams. We could easily walk into town or down to the river. Can’t wait to return.

We were in town for a wedding, and this couldn’t have been a more perfect location for all of the activities! We had a group of adults and one teen and there was plenty of room and space for everyone. Super clean and great communication! The only drawback I would say is that it was close to the road and there was road noise when it was quiet but that’s it. Awesome place and would definitely stay here again!

Description was accurate, property was immaculate and spacious, perfect for our family group in town for a wedding. We weren't able to use the deck as much as we would have liked because it was so hot, but the view is spectacular from the inside as well, and in temperate weather I'm sure the deck is delightful. We had one issue and the host responded promptly. A few basic pantry items - sugar, salt, pepper - would have been nice to have.

This is a wonderful property, great location! Bedrooms are very bright first thing in the morning, so if you need darkness to sleep definitely bring a sleep mask 😊, but otherwise we would absolutely rent it again!

This is the perfect property to stay in Hood River. Amazing downtown location, close to everything. You can walk right out the door and after one block you’re immediately downtown. The hosts were very accommodating. They answered any questions I had. Amazing property that was very clean and nice. Would definitely recommend to anybody staying in the area.
