Really nice stay. Very clean. Two negatives - Tried to enjoy the pool - it was so cold!!! Not enjoyable at all! Over the weekend of our stay there was a big business conference at the hotel which we were not told about on booking - they took over the entire ground floor! Difficult to sit in lobby without getting surrounded by people networking!

We had a terrible welcome and check in process with a lady named Olga from the front desk. Not polite at all and with a very "robotic" attitude in her work. Let's not forget that front desk is one of the first impressions customers get while arriving to the property and might damage the full perception of the hotel. Her terrible attitude makes you feel as if you are not in the correct place. The hotel is good, above average, and very spacious.

I actually loved this hotel. It is a bit commercial as it is a huge hotel with a big parking garage and located to the side of the city center. You will find a lot of company employees staying there for conferences and stuff. The room was clean and the view was nice. Breakfast was amazing. Rooftop bar has beautiful views and a beautiful interior. Only cons of it is that you have to walk around 30 minutes to get to the city center.

The hotel was in general good however few points I will like to highlight The fridge in the room can't e accessed only after you pay the hotel to empty the minibar which I have not come access before as this is not explained when you book so be aware I had medicines and they said to store it you'll need to pay a chart for this which I think this is ridiculous and even after calling the hotel reception and spoke to Maryam she did not do anything for the medicines and I had to leave them out and were damaged so they don't care if you have a pre existing medical condition I think this needs to be brought to the attention of the senior managers as this is a clear lack of empathy to guests happens to have a medical condition or a disability like me This is really unacceptable in this day and age I hope this is rectified

The room was pretty small, bed on the hard side, and bathroom shower gel cannister kept falling off the wall.

All was great! Out of the facilities I used the gym and spa, all good there. The front desk, the room service, etc. was all without any issues.

Everything was top notch - as you would expect in a high end hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! - I was given a lovely welcome when I arrived and provided with a key card for a very comfortable room with a great view. The rooftop bar was a great way to unwind on the 1st night - again, what a view! The breakfast provision is excellent, the staff are very friendly and the hotel is very close to a metro station, so this is a great base camp to explore this enchanting city! I really cannot wait to visit Prague again and I would be delighted to stay here again

Hotel was perfect! Room was clean, quiet and spacious, and even though we had windows towards inner court rather than city or river, due to the size of hotel lobby that we were looking at and glass roof it didn't feel 'confined' at all. Service was impeccable and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the largest we have ever seen with huge variety food and drinks. Gym and spa area were also great, although they didn't have hot tub which is something you'd probably expect in hotel like this. Hotel is also conveniently located in the walking distance from old town, castle and other amenities. The only objection we may have is that parking is rather expensive. Except for parking, you get a lot of value for money as hotel itself is very reasonably priced compared to what it offers.

Typical big corporate experience... Hotel is modern and well equipped. Service is patchy except for reception which was consistently good especially check in.

Very nice facility. The elevator control system is very impressive in term of coordinating which cart to use.

Restaurants under construction

The hotel is at a good location but the air conditioning in this hotel is a major let down .even after setting a temperature of 19 degrees the air conditioning never went below 21. Considering that it’s a Hilton , I expect this hotel to improve the air conditioning and when a customer sets a temperature, the air conditioning should do the job. If the hotel is not doing this purposely to save the costs, they should do a through testing .Also this hotel is very expensive.

Noisy room due to never ending traffic. Housekeeping wake me up every morning, even with a DND sign! The Hop House (new) bar, closed Friday and Saturday night!

Otherwise ok BUT I tried to go to the gym and the lady didn’t allow me to go there without shoes. Come on! I don’t carry gym shoes on business trips and nowadays it is common to do certain gym movements without shoes anyway. The rule is ridicilous (and probably decided by someone who doesn’t know anything about gym training) and the lady at the gym reception should have had more common sense amd flexibility. I had 1,5 hour break between my meetings and I just wanted to do quick gym training but that was too much to ask.

It was a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was great the facilities were amazing and the employees were very nice and helpful.
