Always consistently great place to stay. We are in town a few times each year and always choose this hotel because our expectations are met.

Amazing place to stay, clean, super staff, easily accessible, great rates, and just perfect for visiting my brother in Jewish Hospital.

We came with another couple after doing the Bourbon trail. We came here for the Kentucky Derby. Everyone was pleasant. Staff at the hotel was exceptional. Breakfast was very good.

I look forward to the Marriott brand because of the care they take of their properties. Our first room had a very strong and nauseating (pet urine?) smell. There was a big stain on the carpet and couch which was disconcerting. We got in really late but asked the next day to trade rooms and they were gracious. Our next room also had a funky smell but not as strong. Is it mold or humidity? We paid for onsite parking and it was stressful each night to find a spot we could fit into with our rental sedan. The breakfast was great, the staff friendly, just not the hotel condition I had expected.

Clean but run down facility. Parking is terrible. Staff is nice.

Booked a room on a busy weekend for Thunder Over Louisville. Check in was easy with someone there to greet us, provide parking pass, and room keys along with an overview of the events going on downtown.
Parking is onsite and no issues. Our room was clean and in great shape. This was a great place to stay for a quick walk down to the events and back throughout the day.
As busy as it was downtown the hotel managed it well.

I'm going to be honest. I stayed at Fairfield Inns all the time when I was a traveling businesswoman from 1998-2007. These were great hotels and I was a Marriot member and very pleased. I don't think these hotels have been upgraded since 2007. They look and smell old. My AC/Heating system was broken. And I needed a new key everytime I entered my room. Fairfield Inns have been ignored, it seems, and need upgrades and attention. I will not stay at another again until these receive attention, and Fairfield Inns were always my go-to years ago.

We checked in after 8pm and the doors were already locked so we had to check in at the hotel adjacent. Not a big deal, but we didn't know and even the security guard was kind of surprised that they locked the doors that early. The room was lovely and clean. The vent in the bathroom didn't work. The location was really awesome, and parking was great. It's a garage that's easy to navigate and had plenty of spots. Breakfast was actually pretty good and helped us get started for the day. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed 4 nights and did not got any turnover service the whole time. No new towels, the trash bins we not emptied, and the bed was not made. Apart from the non-existent cleaning, the room overlooked the parking garage where people would set up lawn chairs and drive by their cars. There was also a loud bathroom fan on at all times and, according to the the hotel, it could not be turned off. It was really loud and we got no sleep.

Good, clean, comfortable room. Good location. Decent breakfast. Had to search for ice -a very small issue.

I had to vacate the room due to bedbugs found. The hotel could not offer me another room. Upon arrival there was a delay getting me into my room and now I believe it is because they were aware of the bedbugs problem but still put me on the room anyway.

There were 2 sides to the property, the Fairfield side was terrible, we had to have keys remade the first 3 days. Calling the desk for the simplest issues was never resolved correctly. We asked for soap 3 days straight, they would send shampoo, we asked daily for new had towels, never got them. I told then the outlet on the desk lamp didn't work, they sent light bulbs. They apparently don't speak english. I'll never stay there again.

This hotel was filthy. The carpet was so dirty, the bathroom floors were gross and the whole place smelled of mold. The ceilings needed serious attention.
The front desk was rarely staffed so there was never someone around for assistance. This led to homeless individuals sleeping in the lobby. The hotel was booked by families there for dance competitions, soccer and other sports activities so it didn’t feel like the safest place. We will never stay there again.

Check in experience was awful. Service desk was not open. Sign said go to lobby to check in around the corner. Follow the signs. Absolutely no signs. Finally found the other lobby were told to go back to the other lobby. At this point we had to wait and additional 30 minutes to check in when we should have been first. Two people were staffed at the desk but only one was checking people in with a huge line of people waiting. Overall very negative experience with staff especially since we did the pre-check in to cut down on the check in time.

The hotel was beautiful and everyone was friendly. However. I booked a 2 queen bed room and was put in a 1 king bed executive suit which of course cost more, but I wasn’t informed of it and it’s NOT what I booked. Also, after paying for the hotel the $19 a day parking fee was a bit ridiculous.

It was good, but with the one exception when I tried calling the front desk, no one ever answered me. Because of their limited time there?
And I was calling because I wanted to tell them my TV was not working... for some reason, no channel would show, so it was a little bit frustrating.

The hotel lobby and breakfast area was very clean and orderly. Our room was clean at first glance but the lamps were very dusty and there was cobwebs in the corners. But other than that the beds were clean and got a good nights sleep. Convenient location to a lot of good restaurants and was in walking distance of the place we needed to be.

Staff was very friendly and we loved our room, however our room slept 4 with a pull out couch and hotel could not provide pillows or linens. By time I got a blanket, it was see thru thin and they said they were out of pillows. Very inconvenient and called for a long weekend of no sleep. Otherwise the breakfast was good and location was so so.

They provide housekeeping only every third night. Expedia did not inform me of this fact!

The first room I was checked into had a funny smell, made worse when I used the microwave. Then the sink started leaking out onto the floor. The staff immediately moved me to another room, and were very helpful in making the room change.

Conjoined hotels was confusing. Check in at one and wade through a maze of halls and doors to get to the other hotel. Didn’t really feel safe on streets at night walking to dinner.

It is in a nice central location for exploring the down town area. Great staff who were always able to handle issues during my stay.

Hotel was clean. Was a weird small when first walking into room. Was charged $19 for parking. They asked if I needed a parking pass but didn’t say it cost $19 until I saw it on my card on file as they said for incidentals

Staff was professional and courteous. I was disappointed that I had to pay $19 additional to park on property. I would definitely stay again the next time I am headed to the KFC Yum Center.
