I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast offered a delightful array of delicious options that left me feeling satisfied. The staff members were kind and attentive throughout my stay, enhancing the overall hospitality. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient to access the city center and public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel for its quality accommodations, attentive service, and convenient location.

Great hotel in a nice location. Enjoyed the heated floirs in the bathroom a lot! Easy to get anywhere by walking or public transportation

Fabulous hotel in quiet location but with restaurants on the door step. Great public transport links too. Very clean - with lovely buffet breakfast included.

A lovely hotel a short walk from Wenceslas square. Lovely room with extra comfortable bed and nice amenities. Modest buffet breakfast. Very good price for what is a lovely hotel. Nice restaurants nearby and we did all the attractions on foot.

Hotel was within a 30 minute walk of Wenceslas Square. Comfortable hotel although pillows were too large. Rooms very spacious with fridge and kettle and coffee and tea. Room serviced daily.

Nice to stay

The hotel was nice and close to the metro station. THe breakfast was european standard. The only negative was that the AC was suspect.

Not the best, but, generally it's OK.

We stayed in the older section of the hotel so it is a bit dated. It is clean, the AC works very well, there is good water pressure and they have a bidet.the breakfast was very good. The shower is small but did the job. Overall it was a nice stay.

Well located in a good area of vinohrady, although they didn’t offer me the complimentary drinks or room upgrade which were included in my booking.
Still. An affordable, clean option if you need it.

I don't understand the bad reviews. Clean hotel, spacious rooms, tranquility, helpful and kind staff, perfect location for visiting the city, abundant breakfast with a very nice room with windows where you can admire the view. I recommend to anyone who wants to spend a time in Prague without problems.

In the hub of eateries and still quiet and peaceful, not for “Hooray Henrys”

Comfortable, nice position although not central, good breakfast and helpful staff. Noise carries from lobby up to bedrooms.

Absolutely lovely Hotel. Breakfast was great. Enough to get you started in the morning. Bit of a walk to the main sites, but if walking isnt your thing, theres a tram stop 2 mins away. Some lovely bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep.

Nice, clean and well maintained hotel. Tram and train services very near to the hotel. Easy access to city centre and tourist attractions.
Breakfast ok as not catered for vegetarians
Downside: Any noise upstairs or in the corridor is easily audible.

Love the area, walkable to Wenceslas square, National museum ect. And love the breakfast!

This was the perfect hotel for me. I was visiting my daughter who is studying in Prague. Her apartment and school were very close to the hotel so it was very convenient. And I liked that it was a very nice hotel but it was not too fancy. Perfect for me!

Everything either average or slightly above.

It was fine. Our room was not one of the apartment rooms and looked absolutely nothing like the photographs. It was pretty basic but the parking was easy and it was decent value for the money.

Lovely place would definitely recommend

Easy check-in, nice and clean room, good breakfast. The room was a bit warm, even turning the radiator thermostat down, but apart from that I couldn't fault it.
Good location, 15 minutes walk to Muzeum and Václavské náměstí and the number 6 tram stops very nearby.

The only thing I can comment is that there’s no way of adjusting the heating system in my room despite weather was minus 3-4 degrees Celsius. It could have been better. Overall my stay was fine and breakfast is ok. Staff ok too. Nearest (walkable) metro station IP Pavlova and Namesti miru.

In the hotel.com listing it said includes kitchenette, included with some pictures. So we ordered this room. When we got there there was no kitchenette. The staff told us we can move to another suit with kitchenette, but much smaller - not fit for us. Very disappointing.

The breakfast was absolutely disaster. It looked like old train station buffet. The food was absolute junk. The orange juice was some kind of yellow water with plenty of sweetener. The coffee machine produced some kind of brown liquid which taste like old river Nil. Never ever again.

We stayed in room 402 for one night. The room was ok, nothing special, but fine for one night. The WiFi connection in the room was unstable though. The buffet breakfast was served on the 5th floor in the new building and it was descent. Although there was spoiled milk and when I complained about it to the staff they didn't believe me. Eventually, they replaced the milk but I was really unpleasantly surprised that they didn't know how spoiled milk tastes and they wanted to argue about it - crazy. The location of the hotel is great. It's quiet there but still very close to two metro stations. Overall, the hotel was fine for the price we had paid.

One of the best hotel I ever stayed.

Stayed here with my friend for 4 nights. Hotel is located not far from the centre and so its easily walkable from the Muzeum. Their are trams that go near the hotel too. Hotel is nice and clean and our room was very spacious.
Breakfast i would say was average. Staff were friendly and polite. Fresh towels were provided daily as was cleaning of the room.
The only gripe I have was that we were given a double room even though i had requested a twin room.
Other than I would say we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Galileo and would stay here again!
