This is our second stay here and did not disappoint. Very central to Xmas markets and shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Easily reached by airport bus and underground and super cheap too! Found the staff very friendly. Superb breakfast buffet with lots of attention to detail. Spotlessly clean and would have no hesitation in returning for a third visit or recommending it.

Hotel was very clean and facilities in good condition. For a hotel in old town, it is a very modern design and we liked it very much. Location is also near to metro, tram and most sights. Din like the flight of stairs to the lift. Though only a short fight, was still challenging for heavy luggages. Would have appreciated a kettle in the room. The map provided by the hotel is not very useable because many of the details are just too minute and cannot be used easily for navigation.

Fantastic location, close to Old Town and Wenceslas square, also metro and teams nearby to get everywhere else. This was a very neat, original hotel for our budget this close to the town centre. The breakfast was great and we had a very comfortable stay.

Room a little disappointing, basic furniture and no coffee/tea making facilities. Only curtains to one side of room, just nets for other side., this was a family room on corner of building. USB socket out of order.

The hotel's location was really good. But a little bit dusty. :< . Staff was kind but housekeepers can't speak English.

The hotel arranged for us to be picked up at the airport (for a fee of course). Very polite and helpful. Room could be a little cleaner, but it was good or us. Breakfast plenty and varied from day to day, lot of choices. I could use it again if I go back to Prague. Central and easy walk everywhere.

Loved this hotel! It was my first time in Prague and I wanted to be within walking distance to most attractions. This hotel is on a quieter street right next to all the hustle and bustle. Check in was easy and the staff provided maps and other brochures that were handy. The lobby is chic and modern looking. There are elevators to use, however, the stairs were faster. The room and bathroom were nicely sized, clean, and comfy. The hotel breakfast was awesome and the coffee machine was fabulous. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect, very close to all the main tourist attractions. The room was very clean (apart from the toilet which could have been cleaner) and the beds were clean and comfy. The room includes a mini fridge and safe. I’ve read a few complaints about the air conditioning, but ours worked very well. The area wasn’t too noisy but they provided some ear plugs anyway. The breakfast was good with a nice selection. Our towels were changed every day and bed made up. The WiFi was very good throughout the hotel. Overall I would stay here again.

The location is fantastic. Near a metro station, and very close to historic downtown. Easy to explore. I had a late check-in and the staff was courteous and helpful. The included breakfasts were excellent. They provide ear plugs for street noises. But I found it pretty quiet. Comfortable bed. The interior is surprisingly modern and stylish. Although not quite modern enough to provide USB ports. Electricity is controlled by room key so used towels could stay a bit damp. The only minor complaint.

The hotel was in an excellent location. The air conditioning worked well, the breakfast was very good. The staff were ok. My room was on interior of hotel and was dark. They tend to put males in the lower quality rooms as they think males do not care and they put women in better rooms, even though they are paying the same prices.

Very much noice from the street outside. Not much sleep. They put earpluggs beside the bed, makes sence but did not help.

We were lucky to get a lovely big room on floor 3. Air-con didn’t work very well so we opened the windows, there was a bit of street noise but the earplugs supplied were very good. Room was quite dusty otherwise clean and cleaners in on a daily basis to make beds/change towels etc... Breakfast good selection very friendly staff. Excellent location. Be aware of small minimarkets very expensive. Albert supper-market in the next street was handy and much better value. Overall would definitely stay again and would recommend but not as clean as I would usually expect from this class of hotel.

Very Nice and Modern Hotel!
All the staff very professional, kind and service minded.
Just a 10 min walk to down town.
The only thing to complain about, the AC was not working properly, and The room didnt get cooled enough during the day. Other than that, it was a perfect option, with the room, the breakfast, the staff and the location!

This hotel was splendid. It’s so well placed, right in the middle of everything, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Hotel restaurant is fantastic. Hotel rooms doesn’t have a view, but who needs it? It is so close to everything you want to see that it didn’t matter. Definitely will be back in Prague and I’ll return to this hotel.

Great hotel with easy check-in and friendly, english speaking, reception staff. Comfy bed and clean room with fridge. Kettle available for 5 Euros extra (one off payment). Excellent WiFi too.
Tasty breakfast available from 7 till 10.30am (cereal, fruit, cooked etc). Reception recommended the Italian restaurant next door and a Czech restaurant on the next block, both excellent.
Good location for sightseeing. We walked everywhere and came back for a cuppa mid afternoon! Would definitely recommend.

We stayed 3 nights at the Perla. Our room was on the top floor. It was small. The air conditioning wasn't great so we opened the window. The smoking "lounge" was on the top (5th) floor so avoid this floor if cigarette smoke is an issue.
The breakfast room bar was a lovely area and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast.
The central location made seeing the sights very easy, big bonus

We were put on the 5th floor in a non smoking room, but they have a smoking room which our room opened into. So everytime you open the door it smells like smoke and your room does as well. As well the room has no fans or anything and is rarely clean, which is why there are just piles of cigarettes in the ash tray. The Staff also are terrible, absolutly the least helpful hotel staff I have ever experienced. I would definitely avoid this hotel unless you can stay for free.

Would only recommend for a weekday stay, way too noisy with partying drunks in street below till 5am. We got very little sleep. It's a shame as we really liked the hotel and this was not their fault. however if you want a restful night avoid on weekends

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. This hotel is mostly a 4.5 hotel. The air conditioner was working very well during extreme hot summer temperature. Room was renovated. Hotel is very well situated in downtown Prague with walking distance to all site seeing. We were happy about inclusive breakfast.
