Staff across the hotel were friendly and attentive to any requests. The room was bright, clean and spacious. The overall area was quiet, and a very short distance to teams and subways.

Our room had 2 TV's but no fridge or coffee make??? But good value for what we paid

Spacious and spotlessly clean room and property, staff very helpfull and friendly. Breakfast was nice. Only negative was no iron in the room or tea/coffee facilities in the room. Its very close to everything, shopping, sight seeing, transport all walkable

We had a luxurious experience, and the stay was very comfortable. It was easy to navigate walking around the city from this location. Our bed was very comfortable, especially when compared to other hotels we stayed at in Europe so far.

Mattress and dovet smelt of fish upon arrival. We had to move room as a result. Bar staff very slow. That being said, good value for money, great location. Shame the minor things let the hotel down

Nice hotel with really GREAT Gin-Tonic bar. Bar/Lobby is great to hang out. Rooms on street side are more 'dynamic', rooms at the back of the hotel are more quiet (which I prefer when I want to sleep). Note that these rooms in the back are facing an office building.

This was a great hotel. About a 10 minute walk to the Old Town Center. About a 15 minute walk to the main train station. Transportation on their trams is very easy and accessible. I would definitely stay there again.

We had been to one of these properties in Vienna last year and the experience was so pleasant, we figured we would give the chain a chance in Prague. Our reward was that Motel One lived up to all our expectations. Clean room, nice shower, comfy bed, great breakfast and a friendly and helpful staff. Our first room (#100) was too hot and the windows would not open. We were moved to another room. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I enjoyed my stay at the Motel One in Prague for the one night that I was there. The hotel was in a good location that was close to a metro and tram, and about a 15 minute walk from the main train station. I was about a 15 minute to major tourist locations (Charles Bridge, Astronomical Clock...). The room was a comfortable size, as was the en suite. The room and hotel were very clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a room to the back which is overlooked by other buildings. the room only had the heavy light-blocking curtains. So during the day, the option was to have no natural light or be observed by people from the offices across the courtyard. Some blinds or net curtains would make the room much more comfortable to use.
Otherwise, good value for money - without any frills like a safe or a fridge.

The pickpocket stole my husband wallet, she helps us how To report to the police station. The staff is really nice. I am very appreciated. And the location is close to the bus and train station. It is really convenient

Great location. 10/15min walk from old town square. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooms were basic but very clean and modern looking. Never stayed at a motel one before and it exceeded my expectations of how good it would be! Would definitely recommend

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in Motel One. Everything was hassle free. Wonderful, reasonably priced breakfast each morning. Very convenient to metro and city center.

Good experience but I one reason I picked this hotel was because it had air conditioning, this hotel does not have A/C as stated on the website. I was very hot in the room during the day, at night we had to sleep with the windows open to ventilate the room but there is a 6 story office building 50 ft away with all windows. No privacy.

We chose this hotel after a lot of searching and the result rewarded us. First of all the hotel is very close to the city centre and you don't need transport to get there. Everything inside the hotel is perfectly designed and it is obvious they gave attention in every single detail. Our room was modern,comfortable and simple as we were expecting. Friendly staff that gave us all the information we needed about the city and all this in a value for money price. After all I think we made the correct decision staying there.
