Check-in was quick and easy. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We were assigned a room on a floor that apparently had water issues. There were 2 huge fans blowing in the hallway one room away. Our room smelled musty and our son started sneezing and severe running nose. First, we thought he had caught a cold but when we leave the hotel, those symptoms did not occur as severely. We asked to change our room. The staff was very accommodating. Once we moved into the another room, he got better. My suggestion is when there is an issue with flooding/water is to let the customers know in advance before just assigning a room near the problem; therefore, avoiding an unpleasant experience. Other than that, the second room was clean. Location was good for us as a family as it is in easy walking distance to most sites but not so close to Broadway.

There was a lot of water in the bathroom and we don't know where it was coming from. Could be a leak

Front desk was great!! Valet was great. But Holy cow… $59 a night for parking
The breakfast could be improved and cost of breakfast was hi. The utensils was cheap and like plastic.

I got a last min work zoom call a hour after check out and they were nice enough to let me do a last min late check out so I could maintain my real estate business back home. Thank you.

The worst service ever. Rude staff, room never cleaned even after asking 4 times in 1 day.

Wonderful location! Close to everything. Clean rooms, nice staff

It was very nice, charging for parking when you stay at a hotel is ridiculous.

Nice hotel located just blocks away from Broadway. Loved it was more quiet and walkable to all attractions. Highly recommended

For the money if this hotel I expected better. Workers and plumbers working at night next to our door. The cleanliness and overall condition could have been much better. Bugs and rust in the light fixtures. The cracked tub painted over and this 2’ outside our door.

Hotel was good walking distance to lots of things. The hotels restaurant and bar wasn’t great. Service was, but they both seemed so run down and completely out of so many things.
The room was clean, however definitely run down such as broken handles in bathrooms, leaking shower, the caulking around toilets, shower, looked like super quick messy fixes…. overall, things were kept clean and service was good. Just a little more run down for Hiltons usual standards.

The room and the staff were amazing.

We were in Nashville to spend time with our daughter and her boyfriend. The location of this hotel is awesome! Within walking distance to Broadway, Country Music HOF, and great restaurants! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was pretty quiet too! Only minor thing: feather pillows. I wish there had been a foam pillow for those of us that like a little more support.

Cleanliness and employees were fantastic!

Wonderful stay, clean room and great location!

The staff and facility is just what we were looking for. Close to downtown musical bars and restaurants as well as the country music Hall of Fame. The very comfortable room was a good size with a keurig coffee maker and small fridge. Absorbent towels and cool shower gel were just a few of the nice amenities.

The place is nice close to everything. Quick walk to broadway. The only thing wished the bed was little softer. But overall great place to stay

Was told someone would text me when a room was ready. I waited in the lobby several hours. Your TV did not offer any local Nashville channels. Screen said none were available? Why?

Inside the lobby is clean and beautiful. The rooms were average and mostly clean. Lots of noise in the hallway and outside on the streets Al night even on the higher floors.

We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone! It was within walking distance of the Bridgestone Arena and Broadway Street. The room was big enough for four girls, lobby staff was very helpful, and the valet service was great. The guys were so friendly and courteous. One of them even struck up a conversation about how our day had gone and if we had fun, explored enough, etc.

Our parking experience was not good. When we checked in, they were very backed up, with two empty vehicles blocking part of the entrance. I know it was a busy check in time, but maybe have more people working? Very frustrating.
Also, we like to eat when we are finished with Broadway which is late to eat, but early for Broadway. At 10:00, we went to your bar and grill and were told that the grill was closed at 10 but the bar was open til 11. That’s not what your advertising said. We walked around til we found someplace that was open. It was some kind of a taco place and they weren’t good.

Mandatory valet and staff are AWFUL.
Not only did the valets insist on not giving us our tickets when they took my car each time (causing issues every time I tried to get my car) but my car was parked 7 feet from the front door. Not in the valet section above. I was also given my keys to go get my own car EACH TIME. They didn’t pull it up. 50$
first night, we had strict appointment early AM, and we couldn’t find a valet.
The front desk worker was SO RUDE when we tried to ask for help. 2 feet from us, facing us ignored us for 3 solid minutes. We were in a hurry and his attitude when he finally answered was bad and He interrupted us as we said ‘We need the valet, we can’t find one.’
We had to wait for keys, argue about why we didn’t have our card# just for the guy to hand me my keys and walk off. 50$.
The morning we checked out, we had a flight to catch, we had the same problem. No valetcard- no service. The day shift had said the same thing. “We didn’t need it, and it was a new policy that night shift would be made aware of.” Obviously they were not- and we were now late to flight.
With our Dolley full of luggage, we were - again- handed my keys BUT THIS TIME my car was BACKED in against the wall, and another car was left parked in front of mine so I couldn’t pull up to open the back of my rogue to load luggage. We missed our flight this day. It took 2 hours to leave with my car.
Thanks Hilton. Get rid of mandatory valet!!!!

Our stay was great. Friendly staff, easy check in/out. Room was clean and an easy walk to broadway and other attractions. My only complaint is that the road beside the hotel was still covered in ice from the snow storm and all sidewalks were ice covered( both not hotel’s fault)Would recommend for others. We will definitely stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location to all the fun in Nashville. Sports bar was pretty lame but loved everything else.

The hallway smelled like exhaust which I could also smell inside close to the door. I told the front desk and the service desk said okay I’ll call someone now but it kept smelling.
My shower had quite a bit of mold around the bottom corners. My shower did not have hot water so the service desk said they would put in a work order. I needed a shower right then not later. I also didn’t want to be alone with a stranger in my room. I requested a new room. While I was moving my things a worker showed up with just a screw driver which tells me he’s had to fix this before otherwise why did he show up with only one specific tool?
I checked in late in the night, very tired - there was no remote in the room. It took 2 trips to the front desk to get one that worked.
The exhaust in the hallway is the major complaint. It’s inexcusable and dangerous. Every time I went into the hallway I got a headache.
Also, why don’t you have TV’s that can access streaming services - get with the times!
The bed spread was tattered, worn, and dirty.
Needless to say, I was not at all happy with my stay so I will not be recommending your lodging to anyone - quite the opposite.
Way too expensive for such a grimy hotel.

Great place to stay, beds and pillows were super comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and bars but far enough to have good night sleep. Will definitely stay again when I’m in the area.

We booked a King room and due to over booking they switched us to a double queen without telling us. We literally found out when we walked into the room. We had to threaten to leave before they gave us the room we paid for. Very unprofessional.

The hotel is nice and well kept up. The staff were nice. The location is great. Vallet parking was a disaster - they lost our key (I finally found it in their locker). The water does not get warm for a shower no matter what time of day you take one.

Hopefully the staff was off enjoying holidays, because getting any room related service was -0-. Basically there was almost no one around…….
Room was ok, breakfast was not good…….
If you dont have staff,…….. just close for holidays !
The staff I saw was friendly, but room cost way too much money to not have room services
