Check in took forever and the room I booked was unavailable, so we were put in a similar room. 2 queen beds instead of 1 king. They comped us a little towards a meal, but we had booked other plans in advance and didn’t have time to use the comp. Otherwise, wonderful stay, tons of room in the suite—huge bathroom, nice sitting area, nice amenities.

Delight's Hot Springs Resort is a great place to stay while in Tecopa CA. The pools are fun, and the employees are friendly.

Just a designated smoking area if its acceptable per California state law and okay with the property owners, but it is a very lovely place.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay at the resort very much. It was easy to find. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. Everything was clean and well thought out. The little cabin was perfect. The choices of spas and the pool was great. Temps ranged from hot to just right. My stay was during the off season - July, with a heat wave approaching. Still, it was very pleasant and the little AC unit in the cabin performed well. Because of the season local amenities where closed so a short trip over the state line to Pahrump was fine and I enjoyed it too. I plan on returning sometime in the busy season to see the town bustling with Snowbirds and to try out the little breweries and dinners. Also to explore more of the town when weather is more accommodating.

We came for a single night only, so it was the pool (nice), self made dinner and bed. Temperature was 110 during the day, 75 in the night so the aircon came out handy.
Unable to shift from European time I woke up early and left for the pool. At 430am it was not deserted. There were two other parties, but as the main pool is connected to four smaller sitting pools (slightly higher temperature), each party had their own space and privacy. Also, unlike nearby Vegas, people here were not partying but quietly enjoying the night. There were a few bats flying over the pool removing insects which is a nice ecological feature.
As the dawn got closer, the bats headed east to sleep, all other people left to whatever their plans were and I had the whole pool for myself to watch a beautiful sunrise. Perfect.

We stayed at Delight's Hot Springs Resort after a few days camping, and it was truly delightful! The small "cabins" were perfect for what we needed: quiet, private, with a bathroom and kitchenette. There were no in-room showers, which was fine because they were located in the private hot springs baths...ahhhh!
That night we listened to the coyotes outside while we soaked in the private bath, so neat.
I woke up early the next morning and went to their beautiful new pool to enjoy the early morning. The pool was a comfy 96 or so degrees, with smaller, hotter pools attached so you could rotate between temperatures. Staff was friendly and super helpful, pointing us toward a good place to eat in town. Will return the next time we're in the area!

The grounds are old and funky in a good way. But repair is needed in Room 8. It’s a cool old hot springs. The bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom clean. But paint peeling, mixed match furniture. Electrical a little concerning. Fun bare bones place. Water in hot spring amazing. Will be back!

Great stay and the staff was extremely helpful. The private pool was a delight! The property was in good condition for the climate that your are staying in. This is very remote desert subject to high heat and strong wind.

This is a truly unique property perfect for those who don't need fancy but want an incredible hot spring experience. Great place to go to write, trip, or just soak in the private baths or the awesome new outdoor pool and spas after a killer ski trip. People are friendly and helpful. Great bbq down at the road too!

Dear McNeal Family: I was thoroughly looking forward to staying with you, but I fell at home in Chicago and had to have emergency back surgery a few days before the trip. Every single other hotel on my 10 days trip to California desert gave me a full refund or, if it was a no cancellation reservation, at least gave me a rain check for up to a year. But not the DELIGHT HOT SPRINGS!
Given the circumstances, I thought this was extremely low, especially given the fact that I know you were fully booked on the night of my reservation. Your staff was rude and unrelenting. I am very angry about this and will never recommend even though your place in the desert looked fabulous.

THEY TOLD ME ON THE PHONE CABIN 2 THEN PUT ME IN 4 UPON ARIVAL, I STAYED FOR A SECOND DAY HE TOOK MY CARD SAID NO PROBLEM.
THEN HE FORCED ME TO MOVE CABINS, PROVIDED NO DISCOUNT FOR THERE MISTAKE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND JUST NOT RIGHT.
NEIGHBORS HIT ON ME AND MADE ME FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.

This is Desert Funky. Propane heaters not working. Oil filled electric heaters repeatedly blew the circuit breaker. Fortunately, the panel was easy to find. Walls thin, heard 2;00 AM conversations and snoring from the neighbors. Only 4 hot pools, all private, not enough for 11 cabins and rooms and a ?20 unit RV park. 5 couples waiting at 5:30 AM as these are closed at 10;30 and opened at 8:30, only one open for early soaks. The pool area is nice, but the hot tubs there are only warm. Pool is a swimmable temperature. You will be both admonished to clean your dishes or face a $25 charge, and tip your housekeeper both.

I have stayed there 15 times and love it. I have RA and the water clears my pain for a month. Highly recommend. The sunsets are amazing. The scenery surrounding the area is amazing.

This stay exceeded our expectations. It is like a little oasis in the middle of the desert. The pool and 4 hot tubs were totally mineral no chemicals. Truly a natural hot springs area. The restaurant down the street was awesome as well

Very remote. No cellular service. Not much for food. Closest town with service is 7 miles. Spring mineral baths and pools were fantastic and healing. Good place to go for a restful getaway.

Came here for a quiet birthday night with my husband. Loved it so much we have booked again for this coming weekend. Quiet, relaxing, no-frills place to unplug and escape work calls. I have debilitating chronic pain from autoimmune arthritis and the pools are an excellent pain management tool.

My friend and I had an excellent stay here, even in the July heat. We could tell the owners really care about the place and we had a delightful time! Sitting in the hot spring pools looking out at the desert is truly an experience like no other. Would definitely recommend making a stop here!

Despite my late check in, the housekeeper, Jennifer made sure that the property tour was properly done, so I had no hassles at all in using the amenities.
Loved everything they have done with the living room and the kitchen space, I got exactly what all I needed. The air-conditioning was a great escape from the summer exterior! The soaking tub was also a delight to experience !

Delight's Hot Springs Resort is a historic property whose private hot springs and public heated pool are the big draw. We stayed in the Grand Trailer, and it was as clean as you might expect in the desert, with plenty of room, working stove and adequate fridge, even a CD player (though I left one of my CDs there). It was not convenient to our true destination, Death Valley, but we always had adventure along the way. The cafe on site serves good food and beer, but it was closed at least one of the days we were there, so we took food to go the 2nd night for the following day. Also, we were not warned that they were cleaning both the pool and 3 of the 4 hot springs "room" on our last day, and we had been hoping to enjoy the springs again before leaving. We kept things clean, but we were not really happy with the ominous threat of a $25 charge if we had failed to wash our dishes. A bit draconian, I thought.

Just what I was looking for - quiet and relaxing. The screened in porch was perfect to watch the sunset or to enjoy morning coffee. Hot springs were very close and everyone so nice. Can’t wait to come back.
