The host was very communicative and the place was in a great location !

We(8 people)came to Louisville for a conference and we absolutely loved staying here. The living spaces were big and could seat all of us which worked well to talk about the stuff we learned. Messages were responded to quickly and the owner was very kind. Would definitely reserve again if we come back.

This listing was truly awesome just as the pics posted. The host was very attentive to our needs. Gratefully her husband was near by to quickly help out when we have trouble getting the fire pit to work. My family and I really appreciated that. ❤️

Louisville Stay 12/8 thru 12/10 - The neighborhood is nice - The place was very clean and as advertised - The host was responsive when we had questions and/issues - Upgrades to kitchen and bath very nice. Except kitchen drawers Opportunities for improvement - There is an unsecured garage near the hot tub. The door will not shut - There was what appeared to be a blood spot on the comforter/bed on the main floor - Nearly every drawer in the kitchen appears broken/off the railing - Torn shower curtain in bathroom on the main floor - The television on the main floor and basement was not working. Appears to be remote issue. Overall, the place is decent. Not bad, not great. 7 out of 10. C on letter grade scale. No deal breaker issues, but the place is in need of a touch up. Inside and outside. Would I recommend this location to a friend? No, VRBO has too many options to settle for C grade location.

The house was big enough for multi-family. The house was a lot bigger then it looked, and was very private even though we were in town.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The housing was as described and host was very quick to respond to messages.

Great outdoor area to chill. House set up was great. Quiet area with no real neighbors right next door. No complaints.

This was a great house to stay at great neighborhood, close to everything and only a 20 min drive to Kentucky kingdom.
