Nestled in Stowe, this charming chalet for £554 per night is a great option for your next break. Walk in to the soothing warmth of The Birches, a freshly renovated home, styled from top to bottom by a talented Vermont architect and designer! Perfectly located for ease and convenience, just off the Mountain Road between the quaint New England village of Stowe and the legendary Stowe Mountain Resort. Premium linens, gourmet kitchen, comfortable living spaces - great for gathering - all a stone's throw from skiing, biking, breweries, hiking, foliage, shops, restaurants and the Alchemist. This house is owned by a couple who love to travel. They renovated this home for you and included everything they love about great vacation rentals. The living area on the first floor of this Birch Hill retreat is open to the kitchen and dining room with views of the woods in summer and mountains after the leaves fall. A deck with seating and a gas grill is just off of the dining area. A mudroom with a place to store gear, a gourmet kitchen, guest bathroom, laundry and a master suite with walk-in shower are all on the first floor. Upstairs two additional bedrooms await, with a shared hall bath. The "bunk room" is comfortable for adults or children, with one queen bed and a set of bunks. The "guest room" has a queen bed as well. The lower level lounge has toys for the kids, a fussball table and large Smart TV where you can enjoy your favorite cable channels on YouTubeTV or log in to your own streaming platforms. The lounge level opens to access the back yard where you can enjoy wooded views from the convertible picnic table. An attached garage has space for bikes and gear. Brand new to Vrbo in the Summer of 2022, The Birches has been welcoming new and returning guests since 2017. As always, the comfort, well being and safety of our guests is our top priority. We have implemented enhanced procedures based on guidelines and recommendations from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) and the Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP). Properties are cleaned and sanitized using disinfecting products approved by the EPA. Linens and bedding, shower curtains and liners are professionally laundered at high temperatures for proper cleaning and sanitization. Frequent use items such as light switches, door knobs, stair railings, telephones, remote controls, appliances, toilets, faucets, hangers, touch screens, and lock boxes are treated with disinfectant products. Amazing! great location and plenty of room for our annual family ski get away. The accommodations were spacious, clean and modern. Every amenity needed was provided. We especially loved the open floor concept that created a great atmosphere for visiting, dining and family time. Heather was a gracious host and ensured that each step of the planning process was seamless.

We had a great time in Stowe. The house was pristine, close to the resort, lots of space and an ideal spot between the mountain and town. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again!

We greatly appreciated the hosts's welcome message with easy check in directions. The house is beautiful, well-equipped, and has terrific views of the mountain from the expansive dining room windows. We will hope to stay there again next year!

Heather’s house was the perfect place for our girls getaway! The house is in an amazing location and beautiful inside and well equipped for everything you could need while away from home. She really cares about your stay and will do everything she can to accommodate you and has a thorough beautiful book with all you need to know about Stowe! We loved our stay wand will be back! This property was so easy to get to in Stowe, and it was so clean and well maintained! So expansive, it felt like we couldve had 3 families in there. Loved cooling early in the morning, and listening to the rain. Only thing to note would be the ban of anything peanut related on the property, due to the owner's son's peanut allergy. Besides that, a wonderful place to stay! Cant want to come back!

Heather’s property was immaculate and it was truly a five star experience. She checked in with me occasionally to confirm everything was as expected, and if not she was more than willing to make it happen. It’s apparent she is thoughtful as anything you could possibly need was available for your use, no small detail went unnoticed. Great location, very clean, and attentive home owner. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at The Birches. Heather was great to work with and everything worked out well. The house is fabulous and was exactly what we needed. They have done an awesome job with the property. It is updated, well appointed, cozy, comfortable, & convenient located. We were in Stowe skiing with the family and it was the perfect place for us to stay.

My wife and I were very happy with our experience renting "The Birches" in Stowe Vermont for three nights. The property was very clean, everything was in great working order and the property was in a great location close to everything in downtown Stowe and close to the Mountain. Communication with the owner, Heather was very good both before and during our visit. Finally, I have to commend Heather for having detailed instructions for everything in the house. In my experience, too many times a rental property will leave you guessing how to work various items in the house, from electronics to kitchen items. Everything in "The Birches" was clearly labeled with operating instructions making enjoyment of the property much easier. If we ever return to Stowe, we would love to rent this property again!
