Plus, 10 min walk away, is the charming Siesta Key Village with numerous boutiques and restaurants. This property is coveiniently located on Palm Island, a heart sharped island neighborhood, accessed by a small bridge surrounded by boating water, leading directly to Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Designed for entertaining, upon entering the home you have an immediate view of the private lanai and heated screened in pool area through the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. This home offers cool colors and beach decor with tile floors thorughout, quartz coutertops, abundant cabinets, and stainless steel applainces. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the family room featuring a large flat screen TV with streaming services and speedy wifi. The family room overlooks the screened-in lanai and pool area with paver deck and plenty of space for relaxing in the sun on the 2 chaise lounges or comfy XL couch. Around the side of the house is the pergola covered grilling area with fan to keep cool and 4 person dining space surrounded by tropical flowering plants. The master bedroom has direct private access to the pool deck and shares a closet and bath with one guest bedroom, perfect if traveling with small children. (Pack & play and/or high chair offered for additional flat fee if needed). On the east side of the house is the third bedroom with its own private bathroom. You won't need to bring beach towels, chairs, or umbrellas as this home comes with all the amenties you need to enjoy the beach. Beach games and board games are also provided. This property is just as listed. It was a very comfortable space - the kitchen and living room space are open and enjoyable to spend time in and the bedrooms were comfortable. The pool was perfect! It was chilly some of the days during our stay but the warmth of the pool meant that it was always possible to swim and felt great! The location is wonderful and a very short walk to the beach or a just bit longer to town.

The property was immaculate and perfectly matched the description. Perfect for our young family of four. The screened in pool was great and the pool heater can make the pool really warm. It was in the 60s and we were comfortable. The property is also only a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to Siesta Village. Communication with the host was great too!

The property was very clean when we arrived. It’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood. 5 minute walk to Beach Access 10, which we preferred, because it was in a less crowded area. It was a great fit for our family of 5.

The house is located in a quiet, family feel area. Clean and well decorated to feel like you're on a beach getaway. Lots of space and amenities for the family to enjoy including a great pool, games, and beach gear. Host was very responsive to all questions. Overall had a great time!

First time to Siesta Key as we usually prefer the Bahamas, but this location is the most 'Caribbean-esque' beach that we have visited stateside. Beautiful water and white powder sand! The home was exactly as listed and had everything we needed, plus more. Beds and linens were comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen well stocked, and there was plenty of open space to hang out as a family for a movie or to play games. Great assortment of beach gear including a couple of fishing poles, plus 2 bicycles, plenty of board games, and some pool floats. My boys LOVED having the pool to come home to after making them leave the beach. The neighborhood is upscale, private and quiet, and you can get to either end of the island for restaurants or entertainment in 5-10 min or less. And it's only around 20-25 min from Sarasota and all that it has to offer. Brandon was very quick to respond to our questions and fixed the one hiccup we had with the front door keypad super quickly. Wish we could have stayed forever! Definitely hope to return in the future.

The house was wonderful and the pool was fun but the best part of this house is it’s convenient location. We walked for coffee every morning before it got hot. The beach is even closer and we loved that the access was to a quieter section of Siesta Beach. Would recommend this rental absolutely!

The location of this home was perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. Slightly off the main road in a super cute neighborhood. Pool was lovely. House was clean and well done. Kitchen could use a few more amenities and I would pack my own beach towels …. But the home was great. Highly recommend.

Location was ideal for Siesta Key—a short walk to the beach and just close enough to walk to the main uptown scene with restaurants, shops, etc. The property was well maintained and the interior had a great open concept which made it easy to host. We had an issue with the pool heating but the owner was quick to resolve it thus making our experience an enjoyable one. I wouldn’t hesitate to book if looking for a 3 bedroom with a pool.

This is a great rental, clean and modern with everything you need. Pool was awesome and it’s a very short walk to the beach. Town was a little bit further away but walkable (less than a mile) and super easy if you rent bikes. Owner quickly responded to any questions and provided detailed info. Highly recommend! We had a great vacation.

This home is exquisitely appointed. They seriously thought of every convenience. Kitchen was very well equipped. Fit our family of 5 perfectly. Beach toys etc. Short easy walk to the village and only a 5 minute walk. Communication was near immediate with any questions we had. Loved every single thing. Wonderful WONDERFUL vacation. We highly recommend this property! The home is very clean, spacious, has comfortable beds and a great pool area. The pool was warm and clean! The home had everything we needed to make dinner at home and was an easy walk to restaurants with 3 kids when we chose to go out. The beach is a brief walk away. We walked multiple times a day and the kids loved it. The owners have gone above and beyond to make this rental a home away from home. The neighbors are friendly and we hope to be back again very soon!

We had a wonderful stay in Siesta Key. This property was clean, bright and airy. We loved having our own personal pool. The kitchen has everything you need and the rental provides toiletries, linens, and pretty much everything you need for your stay. We would stay here again!

We had a great stay at your beach house! If it were possible or for our 3 year old to leave a review, she would leave 150 stars! She adored the lights in the pool every night! The split floor plan was perfect for us. We loved the decor and color choices of the house and the landscaping is beautiful. This house was also super close to playground at the public beach access.

We "road school" part time, spending 1-3 months traveling and teaching our kids. We've stayed in a lot of houses in the past few years and this one was excellent!! The condition and thoughtful comforts of the property and the responsiveness of our host to answer our questions made for a delightful stay. For this particular trip we flew into the area and were so glad that the host provided beach/pool towels, a beach chair or two, some kids sand toys, and a small cooler. Also, umbrellas were conveniently ready for us near the front and back doors for the Florida rains. The house is open, spacious, and tastefully decorated inside and out (lots of texture and variety of FL native plants in the landscaping) It is an authentic beach town living experience- the house is in the quiet privacy of a friendly neighborhood AND is a fabulously close walk to beach access. A quick drive to everything we needed in the village or just off the island. There were lots of things to enjoy about this property as a family: places to gather for snacks, games, puzzles, places read or complete school work, large front driveway for kids to play on, (ours liked hopping across the stamped lines & shapes), rocking chairs out front to enjoy the cloud lightening of an evening storm, and an awesome screened-in pool in the back. Our host makes this lovely property worth a visit again soon!

The property was beautiful, nicely decorated and clean. Fabulous pool area and large fenced yard. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Some minor things that could use some improvement were: the kitchen equipment- there was only one medium sized pot with a lid missing it’s handle, it made cooking during our stay a little difficult. There were not any TVs in the secondary bedrooms, which was not a huge deal but nice to watch in the evening before bed. Also, There was no comfortable dining area for our party to sit together to eat. There are bar stools (which my 3 year old had a hard time with) and a small breakfast nook table with only bench seating on one side. Perhaps a dining table and chairs in the front room would offer this accommodation. Also the beach towels provided were very thin and we ended up buying our own. Lastly but most importantly the walk to the beach is definitely farther than anticipated/ described. Especially when carrying beach chairs, sand toys, towels etc. We found once you got to the beach access it was another 5 minutes walk to the actual beach. We ended up just driving to beach access 9 as it made the trip easier. Over all we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. The things listed above are minor inconveniences and could be easily remedied to make the stay that much better.

This rental was fabulous! We enjoyed our stay there. Beautifully decorated, this house is extremely clean, new appliances, everything you need kitchen, lots of towels, board games, and stuff for the beach. The pool is nice and clean. Very nice neighbourhood , so close to the beach. Very easy access to the house, the owner is just a text away, would answer any question you have within minutes. Highly recommended, we will be back next summer!
