This was a great place for our group of 6 couples. Most bedrooms came with king size beds which everyone loved. The kitchens are more like kitchenettes- only stocked with bare minimum supplies and did not provide much room for preparing meals. There was also a ton of lady bugs inside. Communication with the property manager/host was prompt when we needed it, however, more information could be provided upon arrival which would have alleviated the need to get in contact with the host. For example- the wifi and password were not provided. Only upon asking did we receive that information. The house alarm system started going off one evening for no apparent reason and we were not provided the code to disarm so it proceeded to alarm for several minutes until we could contact the property manager again. Overall, there was lots of space for everyone to hang out and enjoy a weekend together watching KSU football.

I live locally but was hosting a family memorial service and holidays all in one weekend. My house was just not big enough to accommodate everyone. This property was PERFECT! Two kitchens, five bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living spaces made it easy to do all the cooking and plenty of space for family to spread out without being on top of each other. The large yard was great for a game of catch with a football which all ages were involved in. It is a very quiet neighborhood and the view out the front upstairs living room made me forget I was in town. All the furnishings are in beautiful condition. I loved the throw blankets on the ladders upstairs and down. Perfect to get cozy while reminiscing with family.
