Other things to note There is someone living upstairs, and as the house is almost 100 years old, you might hear a footstep or a creak. Thermostat for the heat and A/C are controlled through a central system upstairs. Settings are kept at a comfortable temperature in your space, (you can open/close the air vents in the bedrooms, living room and entry). If you would like the settings adjusted just let us know. For heat, there’s additionally a fireplace in the living room and floor heat in the bathrooms and the kitchen. There are security cameras around the exterior of the property and record 24 hours.
