Great location and awesome room with a view. Room was dated but that's ok, short quick 3 night stay with awesome amenities, view, furnace, upgraded to a spacious 2/2 suite.

The property was really nice, everything was modern and clean. Location was perfect for our agenda. The price was the best part. Extremely reasonable. The main office staff were over and above friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back

We were VERY pleased with our stay here. The unit we stayed in had been newly renovated and everything was like new. It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was a king size and super comfortable. Had a tv in the living room and also in the bedroom, which was very nice. It also had a washer and dryer. Check in and check out was very fast and easy. We would highly recommend this place.

I had an amazing stay . Once I walked in the place was just perfect for my spouse and I . The view of the lake and mountains. The crisp air. The wild life. Deer , ducks , birds chirping. All of it was just picture perfect. Such a great experience. Thank you 🙏

Loved the place. This was the third time we have stayed at this property. I would have given 5 stars, but check in was delayed 1 1/2 hours as unit was not ready. After traveling all day we were ready for some R&R.

Property was older, so a few maintenance things needed done, ie: bathroom door not easy to close, refrigerator noisy. Overall a pleasant stay in a beautiful area. Would definitely stay at this facility again.

Very nice newly renovated 1 bedroom condo-nicer than expected. Convenient location. Staff was pleasant and maintenance was quick to respond when a gas smell was detected. It was determined the sump pump needed to be run. The only complaint was the pump was noisy at night.

Not truly on a cul de sac, House actually face a busy street which carries a lot of traffic. Good house for family of four, more occupants makes the house very inconvenient. Lake access is not just across street. Not good value for the rent charged.

Don't let the pictures fool you, it really needs to be updated. The room is clean, updated and very comfortable. We were lucky to see a fox right outside our den window and a doe and fawn as well. Staff was great. Location is very convenient as well.

We were pleasantly surprised with the corner location, newly remodeled, very clean and spaciousness both inside and on the deck! We enjoyed using the recreation center pool and closeness of stores, gas stations and restaurants. It was great to have a washer and dryer to use and the resort would run anything over that we needed! My only recommendation would be to provide bedding for the pullout couch as we discovered there wasn't any after the resort office closed. We had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely return if we are in the area again!

On short notice decided to drive to Colorado with my son to take advantage of the exceptional Spring season snow at Wolf Creek. Found this amazing and affordable gem in Pagosa Springs and decided it was a done deal. Great location and property.....will definitely return for future trips! Thank You!

We have stayed at this property twice and each time is better. This is an amazing town and the people are friendly and helpful. We had a great condo with a fireplace and plenty of space. We did have some heating and fireplace issues that maintenance worked on for a couple of days. Maintenance worked hard to remedy the problem. We will be back and thank you VRBO!!!

It was a great place to stay. The condo was very spacious. There were some things that were a nice touch that we didn't expect. We just had to walk out of our car and straight into the condo. It was a short distance and only two stairs. This is nice when you are carrying a lot of ski equipment. We didn't expect the heated floors in the bathroom but is was a nice touch. The bed and the couch were very comfortable. The fireplace was also very nice. It was a great stay and the folks we dealt with were great. Even though there was no pool or hot tub it was a great stay. I highly recommend this place.

The unit I stayed in (assigned at check in) was updated, very clean and spacious. Wifi was excellent for working remotely. Pool and hot tub were still closed which wasn't clear in listing. The listing photos are not of the unit I stayed in, so not accurate but the unit was much, much better than the photos. Check in process was a bit tedious since it's a timeshare and they try to encourage attending a sales pitch, but it's optional. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
