This is one of the most spacious and comfy VRBO I have stayed with. My sister and I each had our own bedroom and bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, newer coffee maker, laundry. The LR has two couches and sliding doors to a balcony. We only had a view of the marina but at the elevator, we could see the ocean through a big window. The best feature: to get to the beautiful beach, we just had to walk across the road and walk a short path. John’s Pass Boardwalk with shopping and restaurants was only a short walk up the street. I would stay here again.

This condo is beautiful as well as comfortable. Had everything we could possibly need. Only complaint the refrigerator and freezer smelled of dead fish, old seafood or something like that. Cleaning staff should have taken care of that. We had to purchase baking soda and place in the refrigerator and freezer. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

This condo is very maintained clean and the manager was awesome. Keeped in touch with us before and during to made sure we were satisfied or if there was any issues with our unit. (Which there wasn’t ) this unit was beautiful. Definitely will be making this trip again thank you so much. We had a wonderful time.

The property is just as it is presented. Spacious, clean. Walls and ceiling are “thin” though. Easy to hear your neighbors. The pool is smallish, but nice. But their is no restroom. You have to return to your condo to use the restroom. There’s an awful lot of people standing in the pool, with drinks in their hands, for many hours. Families with small children too. No place for them to go, and kids can’t “hold it” easily.

Condo was as described however plumbing issues left us with low water pressure in one shower and a tub that didn't drain properly in the other. Check-in and check-out times are also less than desirable but other than that our stay was nice.

We had a great time at this property and would stay again. Only complaints net is that Keurig was in need of cleaning as was shower head in guest bath. Other than that; everything was clean and well maintained.

The process or renting this property was very easy and the condo was exactly as portrayed. The layout and size of rooms were what the pictures showed. We needed help with an extra parking space and Vacasa (and Cassie) saved the day for us! We had no issues and it was a picture perfect week for all of us. I would rent again!

This unit is up to date and very comfortable. It is across the street from the beach, which was manageable, there is a crosswalk with lights so traffic stops to let you cross, right outside the front door, so that was nice. There were beach chairs there for us to use but unfortunately no umbrella, which we would have bought to leave behind if we were staying longer. There was nothing left behind by previous renters like sugar, salt, or even coffee or filters, which may be due to Covid reasons, but that was a pain to have to buy EVERYTHING. But those are my only complaints. The pullout bed was comfortable, the bathroom towels are very plush and both bathrooms had a bidet which was a new experience for us. Lol. We loved the area, a nice walk to John’s Pass. I highly recommend the wine slushees from the winery there & they have free transportation if you’re going local called “free beach rides” that you pay by tips only. Wish we would have known about it earlier in our trip. We’ll be back!

We loved the location and the place was decked out very nice. However we tried 3 times to get bed linens for some of the extra beds. At 11 that night still no linens. It took till about 1 the next day. This was not acceptable with the ladies. Front desk, very little help.

This condo was outstanding! Tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable beds, great furniture, kitchen accessorized, beach necessities galore, and location location location. We were able to keep the vehicle parked and walked to John`s Pass daily. Loved it! We will definitely look to book in the future!

We had a good week. Everything was clean and beach was within walking distance. Entertainment and restuarants were close by also. Everyone was practicing social distancing and this made us feel very comfortable.

We hosted our son and his girlfriend for a week in this lovely place. Both bedrooms are nice. The master is large and airy with attached bath. But the balcony off the guest bedroom has a beautiful peaceful marina view. The kitchen was large access well stocked. The furnishings were tasteful and welcoming. The pool was heated and nice, but a little small and in view of a nearby restaurant. The best feature was the location. Across the street to a great beach and less than 2 blocks to the waterfront restaurants and shopping of Johns pass.

Had a WONDERFUL time staying at this property and in the area! Property Managers were attentive and quick to communicate with questions and such. Beach access immediately across street and easy for all, including teens, to walk and spend the day, yet come back to grab lunch or anything else that might have been needed. John's Pass was easily walkable for all - adults to grab a drink and teens to hit the shops or grab ice cream! Thoroughly enjoyed stay and location!

This is an awesome place to stay. Parked the car and walked to many attractions such as Tiki tours, John's pass as well as the Madeira beach across the street. Many restaurants and bars in walking distance. Stayed 10 days and never ran out of things to do. Pool seemed small for the complex but beach was nearby.

Dishwasher did not work and I had to hand wash all the dishes from the previous travelers and the shower head in the guest bathroom is old and dirty. Other than that, there were no complaints from our stay. It was overall a very nice condo. We enjoyed using all the beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. It was nice not having to bring our own.

My group of five adults and two kids love this little home away from home in Madeira Beach. Not only what is the layout perfect for my walking running into everything two-year-old but it was very open in allowed for lots of fun and family gathering. Really love how this unit has two rooms with two separate balconies that overlooks the marina. My mother was able to fix up

We had a great stay at Madeira beach. The location is perfect! You are right across the street from the beach and a short walk to Johns Pass where we spent a lot of time. The communication with the property manager was a little stale. I think its mostly automated so no real personal touch. Emailed about two things and did not get a reply on either. The pool is on the smaller side and sort of loud near the road so we ended up not using it much. The beach is amazing and being able to walk to a number of restaurants was a real plus. All in all, a really nice stay!

We had a fantastic time in Madeira Beach and would highly recommend this as an affordable property in a great location. The pool was small, but adequate given we spent most of our time at the beach. We want to return again!

The condo was very nice and just as described! The beach is very close (across the street), Johns Pass is a block away - with many restaurants and shops. We cooked many meals in the condo and had most things we needed. We did only have 2 wash cloths - not a deal breaker.....We would certainly stay here again!

The resort is in a great location with excellent access to the beach and other fun adventures. There are enough restaurants and bars around, also offering live music. However, our apartment #508 lacked proper cleaning in various areas and the furniture needs upgrading (2nd bedroom has a very uncomfortable bed and the dining room chairs and couches need replacing). The master bedroom is also quite warm e.g. aircon does not have enough power to cool down this room. Pool and property management need to pay more attention! Non resort guests can access pool. The pool area could use more umbrellas! The Apt. is for up to 8 persons but lacks some extra dishes (exactly 8 plates) and there were no small teaspoons (so we bought some and left them there). No big bowls or salad bowl and not enough pots, considering one might want to cook for a party of 8. There are 6 beach chairs and one beach umbrella, as well as a beach cart. That was great! I would definitely visit Madeira Beach again but would not chose this resort unless changes/upgrades took place.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only complaint we had was the temperature in the back bedroom was very warm at night... Other than that it was great! The Mad Beach restaurant next door was excellent! And the walk across the street to the beach was a very tolerable walk and pretty 😀

This condo worked out perfectly for our family! We had 4 teenage girls with us and the location couldn't have been better with the beach located directly across the street and John's Pass a block away! We could find anything we wanted within a short walking distance. With my husband and 11 year old son, there was plenty of room for 7 of us in the unit. It was very clean and comfortable. We would go back again in a heartbeat and stay there!
