They filled the pool with concrete! Lame!

The room was dirty/dusty/unvacuumed around edges of room/ bathroom. Hotel smelled like stale cigarettes. Room was incredibly loud too. I could hear people talking in next room and hallway, doors slammine, etc. Awful night sleep. I didn't feel good about cleanliness at all but was exhaustedamd didn't have the energy to deal with complaining to the staff, knowing there wasn't likely any decent resolution.

Bathroom faucet loose and tippy. Lots of baseboard damage. Could easily be painted and sanded. Walls are marked up and need a new coat of paint. Toilet flush handle is really loose and niot working.

Total dump underway with renovation. Walls half painted, rusting bath tub. Ripped up carpet, ripped up moldings. A disaster and certainly not worth $189 a night. Stay away.

Quiet run down rooms. Hallways smelled like a hospital. Bed was really uncomfortable.

There is a huge homeless camp near by and some shady people are in the parking lot hanging around.

Only stay at this location if you were looking for a prostitute or drugs period expect to be yelled at by the front desk person in the morning and for everything to be overlooked by the night clerk. The dining hall was atrocious and there was peeling paint in our room as well as holes in the wall that have been recently covered by plaster. So recent the plaster was still wet. My husband was propositioned twice when you went out to our car. To get things period we came in too late in the evening to change anything but cancel the rest of our reservation and stayed in downtown Bellingham instead.

The rooms also had a humid and old smell that we had to address with scented candles.

The hotel is being updated so materials, boxes, and stuff was everywhere. Customers should be advised of these situations in advanced. All the paint and glue smells and fumes gave me terrible headaches.

The staff were nice, but the hotel was very noisy. The air conditioner was super loud, people in adjacent rooms were noisy, there were slamming doors and upstairs neighbors stomping all night. We all slept poorly.

The property was under renovation. Rather than rent storage containers for the new furniture that are come in. It was all over the lobby and the dining area. Compared to other Baymont properties, the food was very substandard. The staff were very responsive and attentive.

Room was looking a little shabby but hotel was in the process of renovations. Saying that, beds were very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and polite. Nicely situated for shopping and restaurants.

The lobby was full full to the brim with boxes due to renovations that’s fair. The carpet up to room was stained and old. The rooms have been modestly renovated and are kept clean with a very comfy bed. The breakfast was poor, jimmy dean sandwiches to microwave and powdered milk for the coffee kind of choices. If I had paid $75-$100 for this room I would have been very happy but for the high prices of hotel rooms these days you expect a bit more quality. I look forward to seeing the hotel again post renovations.

When we walked into the lobby it was stuffed to the ceiling with recently delivered furniture for their “remodel”. The breakfast room was also stuffed so had few tables to sit at. When you look out your window on the grounds, they are littered with old furniture. The management should be able to figure out a place on this big property to store this stuff. I should get a discount from paying so much for a dumpy motel. Luckily the room was simple and clean and we could escape there.

Its an aged hotel thats going through renovations currently. Rooms small, not quiet. Smells of the new paint were strong.

The stove in the kitchenette wasn’t working. Butter wasn’t available in the morning. The main lamp and bed side lamp were not working. Not worth the price

Would not stay here again. Curtains had holes in them. Internet did not work and/or was very slow. Stovetop burners did not work. Breakfast was meager.

The pictures of the property were amazing, but didn't match reality. The staff were really nice, but the place was quite dingy and dated. Also, there were several unhoused people loitering in the parking lot, so it didn't feel very safe for my family and I.

Hate to say. We were not treated well when we went as family of 4. We thought of having great vacation night stay there but bathroom was not clean and morning breakfast was disaster as everything shuts down at 8:50 am when they say it’s9 a m. Upon asking they don’t even talk nicely. It’s pathetic. Won’t recommend

I have stayed at this Baymont many times. This time my room didn't have any lamps in it. The person at the desk brought me 1 floor lamp. My brother's room had 3 wall lamps and 1 floor lamp. The bathtub needed lots of work. It was dirty around the faucet and shower. The floor of the tub was filthy. The faucet in the sink leaked.
They used to have a great breakfast. They don't have much to offer now.

Pictures were misleading from what our room actually looked like. Only one light in our room and it felt like a hospital room with it on. Ended up leaving and booking somewhere else. Staff was nice though.

The staff were friendly. We called down for a couple more pillows and they brought them up right away. The TV was broken in our room and they moved us to a different room that was nicer and updated. Bed was comfy and lots of towels.
But the bathroom was not cleaned properly, found hairs in the bathtub. Disgusting!!!
The breakfast was a joke. They couldn't even provide Creamo for the coffee. Just Coffee mate. Gross!!! We ended up going to IHOP for breakfast the next day.
There seemed to be alot of homeless people hanging around the hotel and it smelled like weed in the hallways. There were several abandoned cars in the parking lot.
I would never ever stay here again. And i won't recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy!!!

This hotel had a 7/10 rating on Expedia. I have no idea how. Our room was nothing like that shown in the picture. There was no carpet - vinyl flooring. Nothing on the walls. Echoey. The air conditioner just ran. The “breakfast” provided was missing. I don’t know what people ate. It was overpriced for what we received.
