Very good location, and lovely hotel, with an excellent breakfast. We stayed as part of the end of a 2 week tour, with a large group, and then stayed on for an extra 3 days in Dublin. The staff and service at this hotel is very good.

Quick & easy check in. All staff were polite and friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and comfortable. It’s walking distance to Temple Bar, and good transport links to the airport and other towns.

Great and easy to get to from the airport with the Aircoach stop right outside. Asked for a vegan breakfast and wasn’t disappointed 10/10. Thank you.

The hotel was about what you’d expect for the cost. Our main issues were temperature related. The air was being overridden somewhere and we couldn’t lower the temperature in the room to something reasonable despite there being a controller in the room. The water was also HOT. In both the tap and shower, even if you selected cold, it only lasted a beat before it was almost unbearably hot. Location worked well for us. Even easy to the airport via the city bus.

Good hotel on O’Connell Street. Direct transport links from/to airport. One minor criticism was no phone charging point in bedroom so take your own power pack or plug. Good breakfast. Restaurant and bar good food too.

Excellent staff. Fabulous breakfast. Room was a little noisy, but spacious, comfortable and recently renovated. Understand the benefit of hard flooring in a room, but personally prefer carpets. Great location and would highly recommend.

Myself and my wife stayed here on a Sunday/ Monday. The room is small but comfortable, new and clean. A nice shower, no tub. We had a drink the lobby bar, a nice atmosphere here. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. The hotel is ideally located to walk around the city. Luas line outside. Car park a short walk away, €20 overnight. Easy check out, i would definitely stay again for a short time.

The weather was good for February. Lovely staff. Breakfast was good. Dinner in Todd’s very nice. I couldn’t find any fault with our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great hotel, the breakfast was amazing and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is thin doors and windows, not a very quiet stay, but that wasn't enough to ruin my stay.

Located directly on O'Connell street, The Riu, Gresham Hotel at €95 euro for a Sunday night, was excellent value for money. The opulent interior with the beautifully glistening crystal chandeliers are the epitome of luxury and the warm comfort of the well stocked and well manned bar. The room was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was scrumptious with a vast array of natural food products, baked goods and Irish breakfast accompaniments. Definitely the best scrambled eggs I have tasted in a long while. I can highly recommend this hotel as luxurious, highly comfortable and great value for money.

Hotel looks lovely but was not told about building works going on in the hotel and got put on a floor with the builders, then got told we had to move after the first night and was going to be upgraded. However, new room was cold, the door wouldn’t lock and the water in the shower was barely warm. Communication was poor and manager on reception was not forthcoming with any form of compensation to show what an inconvenience everything was. Would not go back in a hurry

All good, currently going through a refurbishment, breakfast is a buffet and the tables are quite cramped together. Aircoach from airport stops outside. Central and short walk to Tempe Bar.

Had a lovely stay for my partners birthday trip! Great location, a short walk from the main attractions of Dublin. The hallways are currently undergoing redecoration so not as authentically pleasing as one would imagine but didn’t faze us. Only let down was we wanted to check in at 3pm as per the check in time but our room was not ready so after a long day travelling we had to wait further to be given our room which was a slight shame but not too big of a deal. Would definitely stay again when in Dublin!

Overall stay was very good however corridors were being renovated which we were not advised of before our stay. While rooms were unaffected the corridors were a little like a building site.

Without doubt one of the best hotels we have ever stopped in , the staff were friendly and professional and happy to help, the room we had was recently refurbished and was beautifully done to a very high standard. The breakfast service was excellent, a huge range of food to suit all tastes , great quality also . I cannot rate the Gresham highly enough and are already looking to book again for next year

Check-in was simple and fast. Staff, throughout our stay, were welcoming and efficient. Our room was large and comfortable. The variety of breakfast available was excellent. Our room overlooked O'Connell Street; the central location of the hotel was great for shopping, theatre etc. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at the Riu Plaza Gresham!

We’ve stayed in many hotels ranging in quality but I can’t ever recall staying in a 4-5 star hotel that had vinyl floor covering instead of carpet. Very unpleasant on cold times. Plus being on a floor that was under repair when other floors were available made our stay very disappointing. Even though the staff were excellent we won’t be back.

Staff was excellent and were able to accommodate our early check in that we had requested, which was such a bonus. Staff friendly and this was our second stay at this hotel. Convenient to the airport bus, which lets off and picks up in front of hotel. Breakfast is wonderful and complementary, hint.. eat in the dining room as it is a bit more quiet and book ahead for a table. Bed and pillows were comfortable, we were in room 572. Shower did not drain which was a bit of an issue, otherwise all was good. The hotel is being renovated with lovely fixtures, however the work being done is pretty shoddy and I believe this will affect the hotel in the long term.. clean up from workmen on the doors and trim need to be a bit better, caulking in bathroom is pretty shoddy. It's a real shame as the hotel didn't cheapen out on fixtures, but there are some obvious unskilled workers.

I love the hotel, very central and convenient, the bus from and to the airport leave you right outside the hotel, the staff is very friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Onestly speaking I like to do my holiday in RIU hotels. This time I was not really satisfy due to the room, the house keeping and too much noise during the night. The position in O'Connell street is perfect.
