I stayed 3 days a week in this place for 10 weeks. My las week was cancelled and they refused to refund my money for three nights that I did not stay there. HORRIBLE!!!

The location is great, just for that reason I would stay again.
Wifi doesn't work good in the bedrooms.
Breakfast is basic.
You pay for what you get.

Easy access to downtown. But the room smelled like it was a smokers room. But overall excellent location and price.

There were bums walking around everywhere. My husband witnessed a man beating a young girl in the parking lot while he was getting ice. The cops showed up and flashlights us out of our room. They said they were looking for someone who had been missing 2 weeks.

Air conditioner did not work very well and was extremely noisy. Refrigerator also made a constant clicking noise that made it difficult to sleep. Some issues with cleanliness in bathroom and on bedding. Breakfast was sparse, coffee not available Location was convenient to our event downtown, but prices were outrageous due to a different event; definitely not worth what we paid.

Check in was nice. The hotel is great as far as proximity to the KFC Yum center. The room was supposed to be non smoking and weekend like cigarettes. You couldn’t walk on the floors barefoot or your feet would be black. The inside of the bathroom door was nasty and there was hair in the shower.

Checked in they gave us a room someone else was in. Luckily those people were not home when i opened the door with my son. Room we got was ok I did not feel clean but survived. I attempted to talk with management several times on Friday to discuss booking as we paid for multiple days finally gave up. The cheap room was not worth the hassle!

Location was nice. The hotel is old and beat up, and the floors were very dirty. But the price was right and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

It wasn’t bad and it wasn’t great. Very middle of the road. I felt the pictures made it look nicer than what it was in person. If someone needs an affordable one night only stay, this is it. If you are staying multiple nights maybe pay a little extra and go somewhere else.

A very old hotel but for the most part very clean. Besides the smudge on the mirror and a spot in the tub it felt and smelled clean. Not the hotels fault but guests beware of the street noise and our neighbors, when staying there, loved slamming their doors. If you want to just sleep there, it's a good option.

Friendly staff. Very clean/comfortable room. Lots of parking spots available. Only issue I had was the wi-fi being too slow. Solo visit. Felt very safe there.

The walls were super thin. Every day we were woken up or kept awake by the noise of the people in the rooms above us or walking around the outside. In a better not the room we clean. Bed made a ton of noise as if the springs in it were broken.

Room was very spacious. Balcony was a nice surprise. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, distilleries. Loved that there was no carpeting! The entryway to the room could use some lighting.

Didn’t end up staying there any nights and canceled my room right after getting it because at first they sent us to a room that was dirty. Then they sent us to a room that had cigarette butts under the pillows and toilet falling apart when we got there. We had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes. The lady worked in the front desk was not there because she was dealing with people breaking into units, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had

Front desk check in was great! Very friendly and helpful young man. Room was clean but shower needed sprayer holder fixed(room 107). Very convenient for food and concert at Yum Center. Would stay again….great value!

Room due for a remodel. You have to tell them you want room service for multi day stays. Require a $100 deposit. Charge you to park in their own parking lot.

It was a terrible place to stay. Door to room did not seal at all. It was the noisiest place that I have ever been. I would never stay here again even if they paid me to do it!

Convenient location. Only needed to stay one night and it was the most affordable option available. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel and could have been the specific room location (#200, odd spot above and around the office), but there was so much guest noise going on and it didn’t stop until about 4 in the morning. Walking, door slamming, chair scooting - constantly. Paper thin walls/floors. Literally jumped at times because the noise would be so startling and loud. Would have been willing to pay more to stay elsewhere just to be able to sleep.

Rooms were old and dingy. The refrigerator didn't work. The receptacles in the room were unsafe! I asked to have the refrigerator repaired and after an hour I called to find out if anyone was going to give us a working frig and I got the reply " oh I guess I forgot about you"!!! The heating unit never cycled off when it got to temperature!! We packed up and went to a different hotel!

All I can say to accurately describe our stay is you get what you pay for. Comfortable pricing compared to other properties nearby but it is noticeable in the condition of the unit. Bed sheets did not look clean and our room was non smoking but somehow we got a bed comforter with a cigarette burn on it. The tub could definitely use a deep clean and the sink pressure is out of control. We were afraid to turn on the heater cause it looked very dirty. However, very convenient microwave and fridge in the room and tv has many channels. Complimentary breakfast is not like a hot breakfast type but it beats having nothing.

The unit was clean but it was very cold seeing as it was winter and even with reserving the room they didn’t heat it up. I didn’t like that it was an extra fee to park there as well but they did let me leave the car there after the stay so I didn’t have to pay parking garage tolls. Breakfast muffins were stale and the bagel toaster didn’t work correctly, leaving the bagel warm but not toasted.

Heater in room made so much noise I had to keep turning off to sleep until I would wake up freezing off and on all night. It was close to zero degrees outside. Night staff were incredibly rude putting it nicely- so I did not complain to them. I did not trust they would not retaliate

It’s a very basic Motel but in a great location (with a large homeless population but they keep to themselves) I chose this place because they had “complementary” breakfast and it was subpar, the bagels were stale and the cream cheese was gritty; the cereal dispenser also crushed the cereal which is easily fixed with a different container. Room was clean in all the right places but the rooms could use a good wipe down like the door. A few things that could used fixed are the fridge made an annoying noise like something was rattling and the toilet didn’t flush all the way.

Room next to mine had their tv on very loud all night long. I was able to hear everything they were watching, all night long. Room above me was stomping and banging around very loudly all night. And screaming and fighting outside during the night. Nothing to fault the staff for, but not a restful stay at all

The property is in the perfect location to walk to many bars and restaurants, also 4th street Live. Parking is easy, cheap, and convenient. There is even a small convenience store on the edge of the property

Close to our concert venue so we could walk and not expensive like the others. Comfortable and clean. Thin walls but not bad for the price.
