Nice hotel well located. Daily room service, which seems to be rare these days. Only thing missing was a mini frig.

We had a great stay. Very friendly staff and convenient hotel location for our departure and return on our Vagabond tour. The only negative if there is one is that it's not in the heart of Dublin downtown where a lot of the tourist attractions, shopping, etc. is. But a quick cab ride fixes that.

Very pleasant stay, staff is so helpful and kind. It’s quiet and well located however; it looks tired here and there like the toilet doors and bedframe but that’s me being picky. Most annoyingly the bathroom fan goes on at 7am on the dot and makes a lot of noise.
It’s a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast for €12 is well worth it.

We stayed one night in the grand canal hotel the staffwas friedly and helpful the room was comfortable spottlessly clean and spacious. The breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be back and for a longer stay next time.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel was subpar for the area. The beds were so tiny and extremely uncomfortable and we could barely move in the room. It felt like a New York studio. The breakfast was also nothing to rave about as compared to other hotels.

The hotel is generally nice and clean, and is also fairly priced, but I had no minifridge on my room despite the 4 stars rating, breakfast could be better, and the restaurant's Maître d'hôtel could have been a bit more accommodating when I brought into their attention that the heat was turned off on their bread warmer.

It’s in the business district but walkable (about 1 mile/1.6 km) to all the big tourist sites in Dublin City Centre. Wonderful staff. Great pub for drinks and food on site.

The hotel is easy to get to with a bus from the airport, and nearby several food and drink options. Rooms were nice, clean, and no complaints there.
Breakfast Full Irish was very good as hotel buffets go.
Good beer selection at the bar.
The only small issue we had was that the room cards deactivated multiple times over a 5-night stay, and we had to keep going to the front desk to get them set up again. One of the staff said it may be due to keeping them too close to our phones, but they were not in the same pocket as our phones so this was not the cause. Staff were polite, helpful, and fast at resetting the key cards though, so a minor inconvenience in a hotel I had no other issues with.

The hotel was perfectly situated and had a fabulous coffee shop and bar attached.
Check in and check out was super quick and everyone was really helpful.
The room was beautifully clean and was super spacious.

Our room was ready early which was great after a red eye flight and significant time change. Staff was outstanding, room was great. Even had excellent shower pressure. The reataurant attached had a really good chicken curry. Definitely staying there again on our next trip in August.

This was one of the best hotel experiences my family has had. The staff was amazing and helped us book tours and taxis. The eating area in the entrance was great for staying up late and drinking wine with friends. They are very very accommodating. The eating places nearby are really good. You can walk home without worry after slamming down a few pints. The staff was very international with staff from multiple countries including the US. This is a must stay if you go to Dublin .

Hotel was really nice. Had a restaurant and a little bar with coffee/tea/snacks in the lobby. Room was spacious, and clean. Did find 3 spiders in bathroom… but other than that it was a great experience. Would stay again. And they hold your luggage for you if your room isn’t ready which is really nice.

The shower didn't work! The water was dangerously hot and it was impossible to change the temperature so I could only sponge bathe. We informed the management when we checked out.

Staff was very friendly and held our luggage after checkout so we go go explore Dublin before our evening flight back to London. Very lovely hotel and neighborhood was walkable with pubs and restaurants nearby.

Great hotel that was clean. Good location- 20-30 min walk to most things. Breakfast was great quality. Rooms clean and had all amenities with coffee and tea making facilities. Nice fluffy towels and good quality toiletries. Lobby area was lovely and a perfect spot to arrange to meet your group. The only thing that could’ve been better was air con in the rooms as they were rather warm. A fan was provided though so it was bearable.

This is a lovely hotel with an attractive lobby space and a friendly staff. Although not right in the city, it was easy to find transportation to and from the airport and the nearby canal was quaint. There were also well reviewed restaurants nearby. We stayed in a twin room which was a bit small for two adults but fine for a short stay.
