The check in was great. I got early check in and the front desk was really nice. Once we got to the room, it was beautiful high ceiling and fell spacious. We left and came back, the kid just open the door without the key. We got spook up. We tested several times. So there are several issues with the door. When you closed, the door won’t lock right away but it waits for few seconds before it can lock. However we left the room for a long time, came back and we can still open the door without the key. That wasn’t great feeling to have. In the morning we got great breakfast and service was awesome. However, the check out time was 11 but we got knock in the door multiple times before 11. Feel like the system is messing up. In general great stay. The people are nice, the service is good but the system from key to scheduling need upgrade

The hotel is a little out of the way from Richmond Center, but in a good way. It is relatively new, and it is away from the city and airplane noises.

Stayed overnight and it was a nice room with good value couldn’t ask for much more. Oh yeah this is one of the better breakfasts that are included we have had so big thumbs up for that!

Our flight was cancelled beyond our control they wouldn’t allow us to cancel the room Had to pay full price and we never got to come. Stayed at the same name hotel in Saskatoon and paid for that too.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were nice, very well soundproofed (so quiet!) and spacious, the airport shuttle was super convenient and the breakfast was an awesome add-on. Would definitely recommend :)

The stay, the room & the rate was great. Our problem was we rented 2 rooms & the put a &300 hold on our credit card. They didn’t even tell us at the front desk when were checking in. They said in the morning that their policy is $150 per room. Their rooms weren’t even $150, the hold was more than each room. All the places we stayed on our trip to BC, most places put $100 or $50 & some put $0. Just nice to know ahead of time, we would have booked some where else!!

We waited over 1 hour for the shuttle to arrive at the airport while other hotels had busses coming thru two or three times. Driver was very unfriendly, no hello or anything and wasn’t assisting at all with luggage. Check in was with ease. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. No good restaurants near by. Won’t choose that hotel again because very inconvenient. Too far from airport or any other place.

It is our first time to this property, we can say it is a good stay and we are satisfied with accomodation and the buffet breakfast very kind, warm staff at the kitchen👍😍. Services are ok, I just noticed or I would suggest to practice a simple greetings from your staff to your guest from other department such as shuttle service. Dont get me wrong they are ok, but it would be much better if you let your guest feel at home even when checking out from the property and making sure they would choose to come back in their next visit. More bookings to come and thank you. ❤️

We had a disassembled heating unit in the middle of our room when we walked in. Exposed wires, one wonders if the unit was still hot and connected to 3 phase or 110v even.

Check in is 4pm at this hotel we showed up a little after 3pm. Our room wasn't ready so we asked if we could have another double queen room which they had available but they said no because we had booked through Expedia. For some reason we were being punished because we booked it through Expedia. Room that we got was also not very well looked after.

Wonderful and helpful staff, very peaceful. Having the pool and hot tub to enjoy was a life saver after a stressful travel day. Not many great dining options, it would be nice to have a healthy restaurant option.

Staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast was great but too many other guests so no where to sit had to take it back to eat in my room. My room was next to the elevator and heard everyone that got on and off at my floor. Which kept waking me up every hour or two. I had an adjacent door to the next room over and heard their whole conversation through out the night. I would recommend getting better insulation or soundproof that area. I would like to try other room far away from the elevator or having a adjacent door to another room.

We are very grateful for the early check-in after a 13 hour flight landed us in the morning on Christmas Day. The hotel staff were professional and friendly. Quiet/safe location and not far from the airport. No complaints at all for our needs.

It was a good stay. The room came with limited towels. No hand towels, 2 face clothes and 2 towels. Other than that, it was a great hotel.

In the photos, they made the suite look much bigger and there was supposed to be a couch and there wasn't. It was basically a slightly larger room with a kitchenette. The fridge froze my vegetables and no freezer available in the room. The place was clean and service was friendly.
