Very convenient place to stay in Richmond. Near the NYR airport and many restaurants. The hotel has also shuttle to go the airport.

We arrived on a late evening international flight and needed to stay overnight close to the airport prior to going home the next day. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Very comfortable beds. Shuttle from the airport runs every 30 minutes around the clock.

We were picked up at airport shuttle designated area on time. This service is free. After a 15 minute ride we unloaded with help from they very courteous driver. We were greeted at the front desk by a very pleasant and polite front desk personnel who expedited our check-in. The room was comfortable, room temperature perfect, king bed very comfortable, likewise pillows. Bathroom shower had lots of pressure and hot water. Requested wake-up call was on time and we met shuttle to return to airport as per scheduled by front desk. Driver was very helpful.

Good attitude at front desk. They were good and kind enough to support us. The location was pretty convenient since the hotel locates just in front of shopping mall. House keeping available upon request 1day before the cleaning day. But there was 1time no cleaning at all. And even every time I request to refill coffee and tissue, they never serve them. Finally I needed to go down to the front desk to ask them again…

The room was fine and the same with the service. But the whole night there was people working on the building outside, so we couldnt sleep the whole night.... not worth staying there if you want sleep before your trip

Pros: Location! Walking distance to great restaurants. Reasonable parking fee. Rooms provide sanitizing products such as alcohol wipes. Microwave is in room. Cons: No Smart TVs.

We were just here overnight. It was 15 minutes from the airport. Very quiet location. Clean room, comfortable bed. Excellent service with the shuttle.

Decent hotel near the airport with shuttle transfer. Entirely forgettable, so couldn't have been that bad. The tub was a weird shape, but at least there was a tub. The area is very chinese, and all the staff are Indian very nice and helpful/cheery. Listed as a Marriot Bonvoy on the internet still, but no points.

Our stay was short as we arrived late from our vacation and our next flight was early mornings. The bed was very comfortable, the room nice and clean, staff were friendly and the shuttle driver was super nice and friendly. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area.

Good hotel at a good price. Nice eatery near by ( Earls Bar) as well as many Chinese restaurants. Well equipped gym . Room had a kettle and microwave. Highly recommend staying here. Not far from the airport with its own shuttle.

Front desk service was great. Hotel is old/ dated/ carpet in rooms/ chipped paint and baseboards. AC didn’t work. Restaurant didn’t open until 4:30PM. Very deceiving as online the hotel looks lovely.

I stayed there for 6 days, under strong request, only one time tidy up. Throughout the 6 days, only 2 bottles of water and 4 small bags of coffee powder supply. I hv never stay in such

This is a hotel next to the Vancouver airport, conveniently located 10 mins by car. Lots of eating and shopping options within walking distance. Hotel has basic comforts, staff is well trained and courteous, rooms are clean, overall hotel is in good repair. For us it was a short stay inbetween flights and served it's purpose v well. It's not meant for a long term stay IMHO.

I stayed only one night, and it was one night too long. Problems began as soon as I landed at the Vancouver airport. I booked a room here because it offered a free shuttle. I called the hotel before departing on my trip, and I was instructed to call when I landed to let them know I needed the shuttle. I did so, and was told the shuttle would be there in no more than half an hour. An hour later, sick from severe bronchitis and 24 hours of travel, I was still waiting at the curb. I called, and my daughter called, repeatedly. We were initially assured the shuttle would be there in "ten minutes" and then "two minutes," but each time we were kept waiting. I was told the shuttle was on its way but stuck in traffic. When--after nearly 90 minutes--the shuttle showed up, there was no apology and no explanation. We clocked the drive; it was 10 minutes. Where was all the traffic? When I arrived at the hotel, no apology and no explanation. Service was abrupt to the point of rudeness. In the room, there were two small bottles of water. When I called, very sick, a few hours later to ask for more water to be brought to the room, I was told brusquely that I would have come downstairs to the hotel store to buy more. My daughter and I were exhausted and sick, which I explained, but there was no acknowledgement except to repeat their policy. Worst service ever. Otherwise, the beds were fine but the linens were most definitely not "premium." The carpet was worn and made my socks black.

An average 3 star style business hotel. Rooms and floors not soundproof. I had to move rooms at 3am to get some sleep. Not worth the money I paid for a good night rest. Staff were very helpful and no complaints there. Basic rooms showing their age, carpeting requires a deep clean, and under carpet buffering for soundproofing stomping guests in other rooms. I would not return nor recommend.

We will always return, IF. The price is important and is how clean it is!!! Nice staff on our visits! We love that they provide hand cleaner and cleaning wipes in the room. This will always be important! New have only stayed 2 times. But truly enjoy!

Joseph, the Nightshift manager was excellent treated us very well. We are coming back to Vancouver for a convention next summer. I will definitely be staying here close to skytrain and has a shuttle to the airport where we can get onto the train to go to the convention centre downtown very convenient Joseph explained all of this to us.

The room was not clean, the bed sheets were stained, some brown stains and it's quite disgusting. The toilet was not cleaned and has stains as well from prior guests....will NOT recommend

The hotel was easy to get to with the shuttle service from the airport. The room was clean, had a big shower and a nice view to the mountains from the floor I was on. There were lots of restaurants nearby and extensive parking below. The only issue I had was that my fridge didn't work and my food spoiled. I asked at Reception twice about this problem and both times I was assured someone would assist with this and both times nothing happened.

Clean, close to lots of dining and shopping mall,close to sky train station. Hotel staffs are polite and helpful. Big hotel lobby for guests to sit , watch TV, use computer. There is an exercise room on ground floor for guests to use. Facilities a bit old, phone charger doesn't work, should have been replaced. Overall I am pretty satisfied with the stay.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Shuttle to the airport was so convenient. Building is starting to get a little run down and our room needs a thorough cleaning (walls, grout in shower, corners etc)

Had a great one-day stay at this hotel! The shuttle service to and from the airport was extremely convenient, and the drivers were friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were accommodating and made check-in a breeze. The room was clean and had a pleasant ambiance, although the heater was a bit noisy. Despite that, it was an overall positive experience.
