As advertised, clean, modern and super central. We haven’t spent much time with our family playing “tourist” in Vancouver recently, so decided to stay here. Everything was great and would highly recommend.

Beautiful property and exactly as pictured. Everything we needed was provided. Great location and easy access to transit etc. One small issue was the soundproofing between upstairs and down was not great! We heard every footstep above so that was a bit challenging but otherwise was great! I’d bring earplugs next time and it would be perfect😀

I lived in East Vancouver and have been in my share of basement suites, and I can honestly say this is by far the nicest. Toby & Diana have created a beautifully curated space with everything you could need. Beds and linens are top-notch. The kitchen is well-appointed. It was surprisingly quiet and parking was always available right out front. The only quibble I have is the steps leading into the suite are tiny and a bit slick. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed at this Vrbo with our adult daughter and son-in-law. It was very easy to check in, and we found the property as described on the web site. It was impeccably clean. The beds were comfortable. The bedding and linens were more than adequate. There were nice personal touches, like a letterboard sign that welcomed us by name, house slippers, and little snacks. There were also three wireless chargers for phones (one in each bedroom and one in the living area), which was convenient. There was plenty of storage space for our belongings. The internet was good. We had a TV with apps that allowed us to watch a movie at the house every day after we came in for the evening. The location was convenient, and we never had difficulty getting on-street parking immediately adjacent to the house. The only potential downside is that the ceilings were a bit low. We're all pretty short, so this wasn't an issue for us at all, but if you are over 6' tall, you might have to duck under the ceiling beam in the living space, and the showerhead might be a bit lower than ideal. We would absolutely stay in this place again if we were to return to Vancouver.

It was a great place- but VERY difficult to find in the dark. You should clearly display your address and have lighting to the back gate.
