housekeeping and roomservice are not very good

good location and big apartment

laundry and room service are not very good. I left my laundry with paper for 2 days noone take it . I asked housekeeping and they said we are coming but they didn't come to pick it up. I left food trolley food 24 hours noone come to take it out. also when we came back to the hotel we found our room not clean and no towels. they should clean rooms and change towels every day but they didn't.

Our staying was ok but not what we expected. The room we were accommodated was not what we wished

Already mentioned, we liked a lot the dinner and the breakfast

Exceptional

The loaction, the facilities and views from the rooms are superb, and the staff are wonderful, friendly, and professional. The train station is few steps away which is very convenient to get to all the activities.

Due to the heat wave, no A/C was a minor issue during day, but yet the cool breeze at night was great.

Elegant Hotel with an excellent location,100% customer oriented.

The location close to the Station, good breakfast, quiet, elegant bar area to spend the evening, nice rooms, very friendly staff, for sure 100% customer oriented. I had also a small problem with my invoice and the solve it very quickly.

Superb

We loved our stay. Lovely and helpful staff. Great location. Food good but limited menu. Loved the traditional swiss environment. And what a lovely pianest singer.

For a five star hotel felt choice of food could be better but would not be deterred from returning.

Chalet Home in the Alps

Basically everything! Miriam at reception was the sweetest! The bartender from Portugal made a mean martini :). And the waiter from Germany was the life of the party at dinner! Room was fabulous! Town is beautiful! 2 min walk to train station and main town…just fabulous! We will be back!

Loved everything! Maybe breakfast could have had a little more option but we eat a lot so that is not their fault :)

Very poor

The room Maid was very friendly, all Other employé were under Stress and Not professionell That i expect in a 5 star hôtel, for ex we arive at 10:25 am and the employe told me in an agressive way that we are too late! After complaining she said that she is under pressure and it s not easy to work here…….

—room not ready at 3 pm —not renovated junior suite —no mini fridge —no good separation with Oder terrace —no air circulation it was 27 degrés —noise during the all day because of swimming aeration —this hotel must be renovated , it s not a 5 stars but a 3 stars I will never recommend this hotel, I paid 1200 for 2 night It s simply not acceptable At the restaurant we have to wait 55 minute for the first course! All waiter under stress Best regards Kaufmann marc

Wonderful Easter Escape

Love the friendly welcome, excellent food and service, very much appreciate that the keycards for the spa/pool area are limited due to C-19. A very good sign for any company and especially for a hotel, that staff stay for many years... I recognised a few faces :-)

I forgot how close the railway station is but I don't think it is possible to stop the 5am train ;-)

Very nice view on the Eiger, excellent breakfast, super spa with wonderful massage, sauna and Pool - all handeled with great care by the very friendly staff.
