Loved the spa! Outdoor heated pool with rain drops sprinkling on my face!
Was a mouse maze getting to our room and the spa. It’s two hotels put together on the side of a hill.

The included breakfast was amazing and the coffee unforgettable. Views of the Eiger from the property completed an authentic Swiss experience.
The room is poorly lit and the hotel is somewhat difficult to navigate.

View and breakfast were very good.
When I made reservations, Single room with balcony, high floor, with bathtub, but they assigned low floor without bathtub,
bathroom was so small, especially shower room was too small.
I told them, I made reservation high floor and with bathtub. Then they asked me, do you have any evidence something to written? I could not believe they asked me that. When I came back to home, I checked, my reservation was sure high floor with bathtub.
