Staffs were super friendly and made us all feel special. The rooms were clean. The view were great. Dinner at the hotel was the best we had in Swizterland. The location is just around the train station. Everything was perfect.

The hotel was nice and very clean. It is in an excellent location, few minutes walk from the station and walking distances to other major sites like grindelwald first cable car. The view from our room was exceptional! In addition, I highly recommend their restaurant! The food was so good that we ate there every day of our stay except Tuesday (their dinner service is closed on Tuesdays). All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The washing machine and dryer were easy to use and the receptionist helped change our notes into coins for the machines.

This hotel has a great location ( a few minutes walk from main station but it still feels really peaceful and quiet,), great eiger views to be enjoyed while relaxing on your room balcony and very friendly helpful staff. Its outstanding feature however is its top class in-house restaurant where the menu was so good and varied that we saw no point in trying to eat anywhere else during our 1 week stay,

Close to centre and station.
Being woken up at 6:30 by the truck collecting empty drinks dispensers and delivering fresh supplies. Also clearing the driveway of snow early morning waking us again. No hooks in the bedroom to hang skiware and limited choice of breakfast fare.
