Location was good, staff were very polite and helpful, breakfast was good. The bathroom was well equipped and clean.
We had a meal in the restaurant one evening which was lovely and the fondue was very good. The service was excellent, the restaurant has the perfect Swiss mountain feel.
Unfortunately when we booked it, it said the room would have bunk beds. With two adult sized kids of different sexes, a sofa bed was not helpful as there is no way they’ll share a bed. This meant that my husband and myself had to use the sofa bed which was fairly uncomfortable.
We were also told by the gentleman on reception that we would have views of the Eiger but the room was in fact on the side with no such views.
There was only one fan and it was warm in the room. Luckily we were able to get another one which helped. The mini bar did not cool the drinks so we didn’t make full use of it being restocked every day. We did advise reception but this was not resolved.

Awesome breakfast! Our room had a lot of space, the bed was good as well. The view is amazing! The reception guys helped me to surprise my husband in his birthday with a cake! The brazilian chef is very kind and helped us with some tips :)

-rooms on south are overheated in Summer and no airconditioning
-hotel buildings and route is like a maze
