Nestled in Traverse City, this lovely house for £120 per night is a great option for your next break. Across from East Bay on M72 3 Min WALK to TART Trail or supermarket 1 Min Drive to East Bay Park Beach or Traverse city state park beach 5 Min Drive to Downtown Traverse City or to Mission Peninsula for Wineries 10 Min Drive to Great Lake Equestrian Festival The “Bayview" a newly refreshed 4-bedroom, 1.5 bath home is ideally located across the Eastbay in the heart of Traverse City on Munson Ave. Moderate but comfortable, a base for big group to explore the area. (option to expand to 5 or 6 bedrooms - please see rates for Bay Breeze 6 bedroom) Restaurants, grocery stores, State Park Beach, and East Bay Beach , Great Lake Equestrian are all within short distance from the house. CHECK IN TIME: 4:00PM CHECK OUT TIME: 10:00AM unless prearranged as cleaning company needs sufficient time to thoroughly prepare for your arrival for this 4 bedroom home. We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $200 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Quiet hours are observed after 10pm. We are in a residential neighborhood so please make sure to respect our neighbors. No unauthorized parties are allowed. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ Larger groups and families will have plenty of space to spread out in this roomy, four-bedroom home (Two rooms are locked for this listing, please reach out for the rate of additional room for guests). Pack & Play, high Chair and pet amenities are provided. Bedroom 1 – “ Fern room” is outfitted with a King bed, an accent chair and reading lamp, high chair and pack&play . Bedroom 2 – “Tuscan sun” features a queen bed and tasteful decor. Bedroom 3 – “Gold room” is equipped with a queen bed, a reading desk and desk chair for remote working. Bedroom 4 – “Teal room” is outfitted with a queen bed, chair and lamp. There is also a sectional sofa in the living room for any additional guests or young adults. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ Please note this moderate home offers only ONE full bath and one half bath but come with ample towels and amenity supplies. Bathroom 1 boasts a shower/tub combo, while half bath 2 is in the hall way with toilet and vanity. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆ The fully equipped kitchen is sure to please the chef in your group. You’ll find stainless steel appliances, instapot, plenty of cookware, a spice rack, and anything else you could need to whip up tasty meals. The kitchen has a disposal, No dishwasher is not provided. The laundry room is also located off the kitchen. In between the kitchen and living room is our dining room features a large dining table for 10 people and a separate high coffee table with two bar stools and our coffee / tea supplies. The living room is perfect for relaxing and enjoying each other’s company. There are sectional sofa, an ottoman/ coffee table, two comfortable accent chairs and two floor lamps. Our large flat-screen Smart TV come with access to HULU live channels, Disney +, we invite you to bring your own log in credentials for Netflix and Amazon. There are also board games, books, children's toys and pets amenities available in living room and base entrance. ☆☆ BACKYARD ☆☆ Enjoy the great outdoors without ever leaving home. The large backyard features fire pit for guest to enjoy after a day of exploring the area. ★☆ Book Today & Let Us Take Care Of You In Traverse City! ☆★ Bayview cottage is a moderate home, dishwasher and AC are NOT provided. But portable fans are provided for all bedrooms to provide needed comfort on hot days (Northern Lower Michigan rarely sees “hot” days). **Please inquire with us if you wish to accommodate a larger group, we manage other properties in the area** Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $100.00, please contact us for further information. Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee. We aspire to help our guests create wonderful memories in our cozy home. That is why we spelled out these house rules for an optimal experience for both of us. We truly appreciate your effort and cooperation! *Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.  Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.  Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises. Report any damages and/or breakages immediately. Cleaning and Maintenance:  Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.  Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 6 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m.  Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors.  NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED. Pets: Dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. Pet fees are $200 up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks. Housekeeping:  Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.  We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all law suits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host. Pets: We have the following rules for our guests with pets or Assistance Animals. This ensures that both your stay, and that of our guests after you, will be enjoyable and relaxing. Our pet fee is $200 for up to two dogs. Maximum occupancy is set at 2 dogs under 50 pounds each. If you have any questions, please ask us! The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or pets or a service animal. •Your animal should not be left unattended at any time. Should that become necessary, you must have and use a crate for your animal at all times while you are gone and provide them with sufficient food and water. Please use the labeled pet towels/sofa/bed covers/sheets for your pets cleaning needs and separate them from the towels/sheets provided for guest use. •You are responsible at all times for your animal's behavior. While we reasonably expect that your pets or specialty animal are well-trained, should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any cleaning, repairs, or replacements. •Your animal should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost. •Your animal must be under the control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times. •Your animal must be housebroken, non-aggressive, not destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking. •We can ask you to remove your animal and/or leave for excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behavior, or obvious lack of sanitation. •Please walk your animal for bathroom needs. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed. •Please clean up deification immediately. •Please keep your animal off the furniture and counters unless it is specifically needed for your disability.
